5 stars because we always come here and will continue to, but this was sad the other night. đŸ„Č I bought an almost $7 grande latte and this was what I got. Almost 2 inches from the top

WEAK TEA. It’s the weakest show in town and it barely has more flavor than water. It was not brown or orange like it used to be. It’s yellow weak garbage. The breakfast sandwich tasted microwaved and chewy. McDonald’s is better than this crap. WEAK TEA!!!!!

The doors super hidden, I waited 40 mins for the traveler size coffee. When I ordered it at the window they had let me know it would be 30 mins, instructed me to pay and come back for it. Once I paid I asked again how long would it take and it said 15/20 mins. I waited in the parking lot and no one came out. I couldn’t even go inside because their door is locked. The line is extremely long, since I’m assuming it’s only drive thru. I ended up just leaving, I had initially purchased this for an office meeting which I was 35 mins late to because of this. If you try to call the number isn’t even in service.

i love people there but they change the stuff and there is new people not friendly at all and they don’t know how to make a good drink and that really disappointed me

The staff is very friendly, people are so nice and are ready for work. But they don’t know how to make a drink, they had made my Venti Iced Shaken espresso in a Trenta cup, so it didn’t taste good. They were also out of skim, which wasn’t a big deal. Then I called to get it remade, the person named “Ashton” didn’t seem to believe me that it was made in the wrong cup. They remade it for me, but the drink was wrong again and they put in too much white mocha.
