I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I arrived approximately 10 minutes before the posted closing time, which should still allow customers to be served. However, the employee at the front stated that the store was already closed, despite someone still being inside the restaurant. While the interaction was not overtly rude, it came across as dismissive and unprofessional. If this location does not intend to serve customers until the listed closing time, that policy should be clearly communicated through signage or a stated last-order time. As a healthcare worker with long and late hours, I rely on quick and reliable food options. This experience was neither. Being turned away before closing left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure consistent service and clearer communication in the future.

The lady who makes the sub don’t even know what we wants and mess up the sandwich..this shop needs to be closed for sure as the employees are not even courteous and they are so rude to customers. They even price high even if we ask for extra sauce…they don’t even deserve even one star..

They made my food terrible I can’t believe this place is still open. Do not come save your money and the bad experience and you’re terrible review. Hi, I ordered an tuna with italian bread and they gave me an sandwich with no cucumbers, no provolone cheese and worst they added jalapeños (and I hate jalapeños, I didnt ordered that) I dont want to ask an refound because I understand that can be hard somedays, but I ask to take more caution on this, please.
