UPDATE 8/16 around 1pm the 2 girls that are working today shouldn't be working in the service industry. Both had an attitude like they didn't want to help nor be there. One was standing at the register doodling on receipt paper and didn’t care at all there was a customer standing in front of her. These 2 employees definitely need to be retrained.
3/16/2025 Because of the new 3 guys at this location. It has gotten way better, and im going back to 5 stars from being at 1 star for over a year. Have been back the last few weeks because this location has got its crap together again. Juan, Damion, and I dont know the other guys name, but they have all made this location doing a complete turnaround for the best! Keep up the great work!
I'm so not happy with this location anymore! Where did the old crew go!? The employees like Andrew and the other girl Shelby, I think. They took pride in the job and also were great with the customers. This location has a lot of employee's that are not trained and do not care! It was pretty sad because this was the best location I had ever been to, not anymore. The owner of this location better find some new employees or no one will be coming to this location!

Emily was my server for take out. She was new but excellent. She was pleasant, determined to get order correct, went extra mile putting name on one sack so I knew which one to drop off. Place appeared clean. Looking forward to dining in next time. I got the daily special tuna fish

My husband came in to pick up both his order and mine. He told the cashier he was picking up for himself and his wife and had already paid for both. However, the cashier kept asking to verify his account and my account which he obviously couldn’t do mine since I placed the order on my phone. We understand the need for order accuracy and security, but this felt excessive and a bit uncomfortable. It’s pretty normal for one person to pick up for a partner or family member. If there’s a strict policy like this, it should be posted in the store or mentioned clearly on the app during the ordering process so people know what to expect otherwise it just feels like the customer is being accused of something they didn’t do.
We just hope next time it can be handled with more clarity and courtesy.
I keep subway in business, the employees are great and sometimes they kinda slow but they're really nice they put the right amount of creamy Sriracha in my sub. I LOVE SUBWAY.

I love Subway I eat it every day. I stopped at this location a lot. Today I came in with a valid coupon and got a footlong and 6 inch sub only because I have the coupon. Lady taking my order tells me they don’t take coupons here. I show her it’s valid and googled if they can refuse my coupon (no they can’t) and she says no. “This is a franchise & the owner chooses what ones we take”. I’m not going to argue I’m just going to take my business to a different location. Anyways, I will not be coming back as this is cheap and disloyal to your customers. Will miss the owners as they are sweet people! Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This location has really gone down hill. The manager that was here 2 years ago had it running like a fine tuned machine. It was always busy and never had to wait. Today I went in and they had so many issues. The manager was up front and 2 employees at the back. It was lunchtime. The manager, instead of welcoming me or helping, just shouted to the back that I needed help. I ordered a rotisserie wrap. They told me they didn't have a wrap but could do a sub. I said that's fine, then he tells me he has to substitute the rotisserie for grilled chicken. At this point the meal I wanted is totally swapped out. I asked if there is anything else they are out of so I could just order. He said "let me know what you want and I can check." I decided to leave. This is not the first time this has happened here. I'm definitely opting to eat elsewhere for lunch moving forward.

The store repeatedly has old vegetables in the case, when I asked the girl would you eat those tomatoes?
The lettuce was brown and wilted, the gentleman said it was not to its expiration date so he couldn't change it.
This has happened on a number of occasions.

Yesterday, food was good but girl(I can’t call her lady because pure immature) needs attitude check. If not this place will go down. I am glad that guy served me. Please management take this into consideration. This is the only 4.1 reviewed subway around garland and mesquite.

Ordered online, I was treated so rudely when I went to pick it up, the guy 1st. act like he didnt see when I arrive, and ask me to show him my ID and order number! This didn't make any sense to me, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I there the order had my name on it and he asking me to show ID and the order number didn't make any sense.
