Worst subway I’ve ever been too! Maria is very unprofessional and a rude employee!! She had me wait 15 min before taking my order just to say they were closed at 8:10 pm! DONT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!

At 8:20 PM—well before closing time at 9:00 PM—my teenage daughter (age16) entered this establishment. Upon walking in, she was immediately yelled at by an employee named “ANNA,” who barked, “WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE ARE CLOSING SOON.”
When my daughter calmly asked what the special was, Anna snapped back with, “It’s only teriyaki, so what do you want?”—rushing her and offering no time to decide. Intimidated and visibly shaken by the aggressive tone, my daughter left the restaurant and returned to the car in tears.
Naturally, I went inside to understand what had just happened. I was met with the same hostile attitude: “WE ARE CLOSING SOON, WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I asked Anna if this was how she typically addressed customers, to which she responded with a smirk and said, “YEAH, SOOOO WHAT DO YOU WANT?”
Let me be very clear: this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for years, and I know what respectful service looks like—this was the exact opposite. Anna’s tone, attitude, and complete disregard for basic courtesy were not only inappropriate but also deeply concerning. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your business and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

They close at 9, I came at 8:48 and would not be served , very disappointing and unprofessional, came another time they’re supposed to open at 8am … it’s 8:30 n still not open … this place needs to be CLOSED they’re horrible!

Apparently they don’t like walk-in customers here. I walked in to order a simple sandwich. Woman behind the counter yelled something I didn’t understand. She went to pick up a phone order. I told her I was here to order a sandwich. She got pissy with me and told me I was standing in the wrong spot. I haven’t been in this store for several years. Instead of waiting on me, she stopped to answer the phone and rudely told me she was taking the phone order first. At that point I turned and walked out. I will not be back. No way to run a retail business.

Not great service, they don't acknowledge you when you walk in, prepare food at the slowest pace possible, aren't busy, I can't imagine how bad it is when they are busy. Finally when acknowledged, I said I was picking up an order, she said it doesn't have to be ready until a certain time, um okay- but if you arent busy wouldn't you try to prepare it when I'm already there? Found out she was working on it, which they could have just said that rather than making me think I have to stand around for 7 more minutes in an empty store. I'll drive to Buckingham and north garland from now on

Nice and clean but only one person in store to do everything and that person barely spoke any English I had to repeat myself like 3 times about everything. They were friendly and fast once the message got through ehat I wanted

Rude lady closes the store 15 mins before it closes? Why? I dont know. She proceeds to see me knocking on the door because im watching her walking and we are having a staring contest and she just walks away and hides then turn the light off. Still not 9pm. She needs to be held accountable because that’s unprofessional and messing up business. Why advertise you close at a certain time just for your closing person to pick and choose when they want to close. I will be coming back to address the issue in person

They want to charge me full price for a 6" when all my son wanted was just the bread... Literally no meat, no veggies, just the bread, they want to CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR A 6" BREAD $8!!!!!
