I placed an order online for a Philly wrap. When I arrived the guy handed me my order and I noticed it was thin. I arrived home and when I opened the wrap. They did not toast it at all and the meat and bread were cold. They did not even give me a wrap and instead made the wrap with. Flatbread. So imagine eating a cold Philly on flatbread instead of a wrap. Never returning here. The one in sachse has much better service and I have never had an issue there. The guy in the front always has an attitude at this one.

The workers were dysfunctional, and took them a min to sort out the two families, preceded to order, took longer with the miscommunication. After that we tried using a valid coupon then was told it wasn't valid and to just use it the next time I come back..... unfortunately there may not be a next time

On the plus side I was taken care of in a timely manner. The manager was very hard to understand. I made the mistake of ordering that new pretzel stick. It’s HORRIBLE Don’t BUY IT. Pretzel are supposed to be lightly baked if it’s going to be reheated to add salt. This pretzel stick was overcooked to begin with which made the pretzel stick given to me at $3+tax way overcooked and possibly a murder weapon in certain States of The United States.

If I could leave a review without giving stars I would give 0 STARS. The worst attitude and atmosphere, can’t get the sandwich right. All around terrible experience, I’ve had a bad experience the last time I went there and thought maybe the guy was just having a bad day, but NOPE! Same dude same piss poor attitude. I WILL NOT be coming back to this subway I don’t care if it’s the last place ever open.

Look at all the bad reviews at this location and now they are asking you for a TIP at checkout! Tips are given when earned, not asked for! Your employees should be putting out high quality work regardless, if you think they deserve more then you pay it Subway! Too many new sandwich shops popping up, I’ll be trying them all instead of going to Subway from now on.

5:41 pm literally the man had more attitude then a teenage girl. Slammed everything down and seemed to be bothered that he had to do a job and give us attitude the entire time. Someone already mentioned him underneath ??. Weird as he was checking us out to give us the total, he walks away and starts cleaning up the mess while nodding his head side to side (basically saying no) in the middle of checking us out so we’re just standing there waiting for the total.

Me and my wonderful family walk into subway at 7:17. He asked us did we have an online order twice after we said no he already had an attitude when we first walked in. Once he started walking towards to start making the sandwiches he slammed open the case that covers the ingredients. He started making the sandwiches with a lil sassines and attitude. My mother told him she didn’t want it toasted and he didn’t listen and he just put it in their and she said I didn’t want it toasted he took it out and slammed it on the counter. After that he coughed without covering his mouth and continued making the sandwiches. He wrapped up the sandwiches while still coughing everywhere without covering his mouth. My mother said she didn’t want her sandwiche no more because all the germs that were on the sandwich he got mad. He tried to give to give the sandwich that was coughed on to the customer behind us. He said out loud anyone have turkey he said yeah and the customer wanted two different meats on his sandwich the employee unwrapped my mom sandwich and he open and looks like he was about to use the coughed on sandwich for the next customer order. We walked out after. It was not a good experience it was very disgusting and will not be going back.

The only guy that seems to work here has been practicing his mean mug in the mirror. You'll know him as soon as you walk in.The quality of the food sucks here too, over and over again. If you want a fresh sandwich try down the street at the Buckingham location.

They didn't even ask me what I wanted on my Sandwich. They opened my Sandwich with their bare hands to put ingredients. That I wanted to ask them. When they straight up Closed the Sandwich, cut it and wrapped it. Not even Saying? Would you like salt and pepper? Search terrible service would never recommend anyone to come here ever again.
