One person everyday seving lunch, takes 30 minutes to even order....

The worst customer service i have ever saw in my life

Ordered through DoorDash. My wrap was poorly made, falling apart and ripped, had to eat with a fork. Didn’t order jalapeño but my wrap had so many on it, didn’t even finish it because it was too hot for my taste. Decided to just eat my dipper but was disappointed in that as well, was burnt and entirely too crunchy. I work at a different subway, I know how my food was supposed to be made and look. SMH

I looked online and the website said they are close at 9pm. I pulled up at 8:20pm and when the workers saw me pull up they turned the lights off like they were closed. Wont be coming back here.
Horrible customer service. 1 terrible employee looking out the windows and moving like she is at a funeral. Line out the door, most are simply leaving....I should have left as well.
Horrible service. I went in on my short lunch break and there were 2 people in front of me and only 1 persone working., so already slow as all get out. Was not greeted. And then as it approached my turn, she grabbed a ticket and worked it. Never said I'll be with you shortly or anything. Therr were 3 people behind me. After another 15mins, I turned ans said this is ridiculous and left. The person behind me left as well. I go to that subway at least 2x a week, but I will drive a little farther for better service

The food is what you would expect out of a subway, the atmosphere can be better... Like please make it cooler and turn off that ear piercing excuse of a radio, now the service at this location has been awful for years, every time I come over here, I keep hoping that the staff or especially the management are professional, in which case the management is awful, it's just one string of one awful manager after another, I'm talking about years, I would love to say I had the fortune of meeting the owner, it was a an unfortunate event, because he's even worse, which explains the awful trickle down awful service, I mean he's as rude as they come, addressing you as if you are the peasant in his kingdom, they lie and say they are not a part of the deals that Subway offers, I have checked with corporate subway.
Change the owner and then you might have better managers.
They don't deserve pictures or videos, our voice it enough of my time and energy.

Went to this location at 9:33 AM and it was closed even tho the door says they open at 8 am, and when I walked in I asked the Hispanic lady if they started opening at 10 she said “no but I don’t get any customers till 10 that’s why keep the door locked until 10, idk what kinda bs that is. And she was inside preparing the food for the day and kept me waiting outside for 17 mins.
