I asked for pepperonis on my sub and the girl literally only gave me 3 pepperonis side by side when I’m sure it should at least be enough there to taste it, it’s more bread that i bite into?‍♀️ and to finish it off it still asked me if I wanted to tip

How they don’t have ice machine is down like if you the owner and see this if you ice machine. Don’t work go buy some ice and put in a cooler or pay somebody to fix it if you care about clients am having good service I know we have the option not to buy

I had the worst experience the lady at the front had the nastiest attitude and on top of that works at the slowest pace, if she doesn't like working there she should leave, horrible service for customers and learn some manners

The employees were very poorly trained to collect!! They end up saying that what you ordered does not have the same price as on the menu and the register and in the end they charged your card more than 4 extra dollars and they don't even know why!!!

This 5 star is only for the hard working person who is there. You have only 1 person who is working so hard and trying to fill in all order for take out and dine in. The manager or business owner is irresponsible. Don’t do business with them. They are literally overwhelming and stressing the worker but not putting more people on the shift. Worst place.

They sneakily try to charge you more. Roast beef garlic aoili is 2x provolone but they gave 1x only at 7.89 & plain roast beef 7.59. We ordered one of each. He charged for both 7.89. Transaction number 1/A-340890. I told them & they just ignored me.

Ordered curbside and my sandwich was DRY even though I had 3 dressings & I asked for toasted sandwich and it was not toasted at all. Employee was kind of rude when handing me the sandwich.

The service is what is the worst aspect of this Subway. The sandwich makers do not seem to like their customers at all and1. Do not listen to how the customer wishes to have their sandwiches made.2. Rude and smart mouthed3. Handles the sandwiches poorly4. Too often waits until they are out of the meats or veggies or condiments before restocking which5. Has them to leave the sandwich in the wide open for several minutes6. Often overcharged for various items.There is one particular employee l, a much older man who is basically over his head here. Rude, smart mouthed, and sloppy looking. Poor handler of sandwiches and does not listen as you have to repeat yourself over and over again and he will still get it wrong which causes frustration. He really needs to go. Honestly this store does not deserve any stars and will no longer step foot there again. Will just drive further to another location or to Pot Belly.

Order was all wrong and not toasted. They toasted it after the fact and everything tasted disgusting because they heated it with all vegetables and didn’t remake it. Older employee then proceeds to say in Spanish that I look the way I look because I eat too much. Also proceeds to talk about other customers in Spanish saying they ordered all this food n now they don’t want to pay.. He’s a rude employee and makes the location a 0 star experience to eat here.

Ordered online. Order was very messed up. Didn't realize until I got home because I was in a hurry. This guy literally could not follow simple directions on a receipt. He put whatever he wanted on the order and also didn't toast mine which was clearly on the receipt on the bag. The only thing he didn't mess up was the meatball sub because if he did I think you might be completely incompetent. I'll never order at this location again or use the app. Waste of time and money. Wish I could at least get the tip back
