Bad service and I had to wait a long time.
They never open when they ere Supposed to the site saids 8:30 a.m. and the open sign is on but th restaurant isn’t. Good Service but false Advertisement With the business hours
they don’t open until 10 a.m.
It's ok! Just don't hurry when taking the order!
B LINDA is one of the best people in this subway I just went in for a sad with and she was smiling and had over all good service she is really one of the best people that I've met at a subway

Opens up at 8:30 made it there at 8:47 door still locked. Hispanic girl comes to the door with attitude. I walk in an instead of her serving she goes to freezer to pulling out food, walking slow & hiding at the back. So I take a sit. A guy with dreads comes in with dreads (another employee) he speaks. But that’s about it. The Hispanic girl looks to be on drugs, very musty when she walked past me and didn’t seem to have a normal reaction. Wasn’t anything prepared, floor is dirty so I decided to take my business elsewhere then to sit inside of a restaurant and incompetent employees. Do better or lose money.

Lea was amazing and so sweet. We enjoyed our visit very much. She was. Very cautious about my food allergy and made sure we were well taken care of. She is the picture of what great customer service is.

They added lettuce to my WARM meatball sandwich. Who wants warm lettuce? They didn’t give me my American cheese nor my Parmesan I asked for. The sandwich is a big mess. Not coming back to this location, and I wish I could take back my tip. Absolutely disgusting.
My husband picked up, and had to wait an extra 40 minutes because they had a “queue of backed up sandwiches” even though it said the orders were ready to be picked up (we did two separate orders). His bread also looked undercooked.

I am a Veggie Delight lady, as I don't eat meat I didn't cook. Not a Vegan.
The veggies were "DELIGHTFULLY" CUT, appeasing to the eye, fresh and what I needed in a low blood sugar episode.
If you are craving Subway on this side of town, give them a try.
Best $6.19 I've spent at any Subway in years.

The service was okay however they need to wash their hands after handling credit cards and money. They shouldn't just grab gloves and put them on whatever's on the outside of the hands is now on the gloves. I do not like nasty restaurants or poor customer service. I think people need to be mindful that they are being watched.

I don’t know what ya’ll got going on here but they refused to make a kids meal sandwich because it wasn’t on their menu, it’s on the menu at every other location and it’s on the online menu as well. I’m not understanding why this location would tell me “we don’t have kids meals” when you do. They weren’t being nice about it either all the girl was saying to me was “oh”. She had pimple patches on while working and making peoples sandwiches as well, I find that disgusting. At least I know to never come to this location again.

We went in for dinner on Sunday evening about 6:30pm. Not busy at all. There were 2 customers and 2 workers. One of the ladies behind the counter bluntly stated:” ummmm… ma’am, we are really busy and you’re gonna have to wait” we didn’t even get greeted. She was very rude. I stated-“ so what you’re saying is you would like for us to leave?” She said- “if you want”. The tables were dirty and just felt very unwelcoming. So disappointed that Subway poor service. I just wouldn’t come back to this one.

Accidentally placed our order at the Broadway location, but this is one of the few we order from. Stores clean and foods good. You wouldn't believe some of the other stores in this chain. This place is always Top Notch.

I called and spoke to The store manager Nicole. Nicole was super rude on the phone and hung up on me as I was still speaking. They charged me online and she said she had not received order. She told me not her problem and that I had to call the app? This place needs a better store manager with CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never raised my voice or get rude and this Nicole lady was quick to hang up.
