While I was here eating my food with my mom from 3:20 pm to 4:20 pm there was a group of teenagers screaming about drugs, the n word, gang banging and other things.

My husband and I have been to this location a few times and every single time has been a negative experience. Every single time (not an exaggeration) we have been through the drive thru, we have been met with bad attitudes from the employees/management causing us to feel like an annoyance and a burden rather than just another hungry customer. I have given them chance after chance and today was the final straw. I did not realize that my payment method did not have sufficient funds and had to run home to grab cash from my husband. By this point i had the drinks in my car. I politely explained to the employee my situation, told them to set my items aside and I would pay for everything when I return in 5 minutes,As my house is LITERALLY across the street. The manager who was standing behind the drive thru employees said OUT LOUD “ oh Her?! Hmph She does this all the time, didn’t you do this last week too?” To which I responded excuse me? the last time I came here was at night over a month ago and your night manager rolled your eyes at me for paying for my $30 plus dollar order with a 50 and snatched it out of my hand like she owned it.
My husband has his own experiences too but I’m writing my own in hopes of warning others before they come here and have their mood completely ruined by people who are clearly very unhappy with life. Get a desk job or a warehouse job if you can’t have BASIC customer service skills or rather BASIC SIMPLE RESPECT. What a concept!
I know this is a lot to read and if you stayed for this long, just consider yourself warned. I don’t usually have time for calls to HR but Thankfully I have plenty of time today. Not trying to get a hand out, but rather a better customer experience with employees who don’t treat people like an inconvenience. We’ll see how this goes.

This is the worst tack bell location.
Ordered crispy cantina tacos, received soft tacos with chicken nuggets in them with about 1 pinch of cheese. Spicy potato tacos, the potatoes were hard, there was no sauce, and again a pinch of cheese. Cheesy gordota crunch, no cheese on the outside layer, no cheese inside, but at least it had the sauce. Steak and poblano rolled quesadilla, no cheese in it. Everything was also cold and old tasting. We will not be coming back to this location again. The one on Lavon is much better.

All items were made incorrectly, super disappointing to find out once you get home. Couldn’t eat any of it. I was the only car in the drive-thru so it wasn’t an issue of being too busy or during the rush.

Can't order after 9pm most Sunday nights. Usually a system issue.

Don’t know how that lady taking orders on drive through is still employed there…. Many complaints are made about her lazy and lack of professionalism and nothing changes, stay away from this location.
Place is beyond unprofessional, the Night Shift Lady who takes orders is beyond lazy.
I went an Hour before closing which to me is an understandable time and the lady ignores me in the drive through, i pull up to the window and they were already cleaning, one hour before closing time? Then another night theres an excuse that the system is down even though i placed my order online. Pull up to the window and theres a lady in the back making some food. Makes zero sense.

The girl at the counter was great. The food was hot and fresh. Tasty. The dining area was filthy. Trash on the floor, surfaces filthy. The soda machine had a thick layer of sugary residue in drain pan and the nozzles. Disgusting 🤮.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism I experienced was genuinely disappointing.
I understand Taco Bell isn’t known for five-star customer service, but there’s a basic standard of respect that should always be met — and this location completely missed the mark. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee audibly sighed as if my order was an inconvenience, despite there being no other cars in line and my order being placed ahead of time through the app. At the window, she rolled her eyes, said nothing the entire time, and then shut the window in my face when I tried to complimented her nails. That kind of behavior is unnecessarily rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service.
To make things worse, items from my order were missing. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but she was a young woman wearing a hairnet with short, square black-and-nude French tip nails with gems.
If you’re looking for a better Taco Bell, I strongly recommend the Broadway location — they’re always friendly, respectful, and efficient.

threw my drink at me and flipped off other customer
I'm not sure what, when you're the only car in the drive thru you have to pull over for your food; and they brought it to me almost immediately. There was no reason I had to move.

I was going to eat here tonight but after reading the reviews about service and how food would be missing or your taco's broken and half in the bottom of the bag I suddenly remembered why I haven't come back in the evening.
