The staff here are extremely rude and indifferent. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and they still acted like they were deliberately avoiding preparing it. Their attitude was very disrespectful — they were rude in the way they spoke and even mocked me during the conversation. This needs to be taken seriously. Placed an order on the Taco Bell app for drive-thru pickup. It took me 8 minutes to get there, then another 10 -15 minutes waiting in line. When it was finally my turn, my order still wasn’t ready. The young manager on duty was rude and even cursed at me. Terrible customer service—seems like they put people in charge without any training. I wouldn’t recommend using the app.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell. Just drive 3 more minutes and go to the one in front of Walmart they pay more attention. I Put in order thru drive thru and there’s already a guy waiting in front of me. After waiting for 15 minutes I went inside to see what the hold up waited another 5 minutes. I’m already hungry after working all day and I get home to just to see that they didn’t put one sauce . I ordered a taco box with 3 burritos. I then continue to just go ahead and eat my tacos and they are stale and already soggy from sitting there for a while. My drive home wasn’t even 3 minutes. No napkins .
