weird worker working drive thru barged into my conversation with my passenger and stuck his head out the window to yell at us, humiliated us and overall was very creepy. never coming back will be calling corporate.

It’s obviously taco bell, but the way these employees make food, it says a lot about them, and what type of people they are. I will be ashamed to serve this kind of food, shame on you all. If you want decent taco bell food go to the one on garland av people there are nice and serve you fresh food.

I went to the window and ordered some cheese roll-ups and it was a disgusting experience. The cheese in the rolls was cold, they weren't even melted, and the tortillas were cold and hard. They should pay more attention to what they're serving at their restaurant!

The staff here are extremely rude and indifferent. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and they still acted like they were deliberately avoiding preparing it. Their attitude was very disrespectful — they were rude in the way they spoke and even mocked me during the conversation. This needs to be taken seriously. I do not want to see these employees working here again.

Placed an order on the Taco Bell app for drive-thru pickup. It took me 8 minutes to get there, then another 10 -15 minutes waiting in line. When it was finally my turn, my order still wasn’t ready. The young manager on duty was rude and even cursed at me. Terrible customer service—seems like they put people in charge without any training. I wouldn’t recommend using the app.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell. Just drive 3 more minutes and go to the one in front of Walmart they pay more attention. I Put in order thru drive thru and there’s already a guy waiting in front of me. After waiting for 15 minutes I went inside to see what the hold up waited another 5 minutes. I’m already hungry after working all day and I get home to just to see that they didn’t put one sauce . I ordered a taco box with 3 burritos. I then continue to just go ahead and eat my tacos and they are stale and already soggy from sitting there for a while. My drive home wasn’t even 3 minutes. No napkins .

Was out late Saturday night and this was the only place open, was already worried food might be alright. 10/10 food. It was actually hot, nothing missing, and sauces in the bag. Over night shift needs a raise.
