No customer see me and another lady waited while they just looked at us not even asking if we needed something. The guy in the drive thru passed by several times and waited until after I left the kiosk which had been occupied and then asked if I paid already!!! There’s no greeting or anything when you come in they say nothing until an order is ready. I was on my lunch and this caused me to waste a lot of time.

Meh. It's gotten better but it's taco bell. This location was particularly bad but I feel like there's new management or something because they've improved quite a bit.

When i say above and beyond I MEAN ABOVE and BEYOND ! I am floored never have i ever experienced costumer service at a fast food place like this taco bell. Gaby and her crew 8 oclock evening shift ,absolutely rock!!!! Thank you guys! Costumer service skills on point ! Forget all the other taco bells and i live 2 minutes away from the one on garland rd. From now on this is my favorite taco bell ever! You have made a loyal costumer out of me. Good job guys.
