I ordered the cantina fajita grilled cheese burrito. All I ask this lady was can she put cheese on top of the burrito because they barely put any cheese on top of it . Instead of accommodating me she gave me nothing but attitude continued to make other people food and started making smart comments to her co worker . I didn’t want a remake just more cheese! You a manager that type of attitude and behavior is unacceptable !! Especially when you suppose to be a leader . I asked for a refund she ignored me and the guy gave her the receipt so she could give me the refund she made him give me the money and he had no idea how to give me a refund , that’s how much she didn’t want to help me ! I finally got my money back and went to the Taco Bell on Jupiter Road and got EXCELLENT customer service .

Terrible service incompetent staff awful franchise location. Pathetic.

I will never come back to this location. The manager and franchise owner should be embarrassed. This is the most dysfunctional fast food location I’ve ever seen. Lazy never correct and the food is always old like they reuse food from the prior day. It’s gross and a disgrace to their brand. New manager new owner needed. Sounds like the cowboys

I had went around 5:30 I went up to the cashier and she simply said I had to use the kiosk if I wanted to order. I had a question but anyways if they don’t want to work go somewhere where you enjoy being. Guy in the cashier on his phone. When I got my food of total around 35$ food looked so sad not enough portions in that case I’d go to pollo regio for a chicken bowl.

Horrible got the wrong order for my uber eats if you are so busy just cancel the orders I showed you my receipt and a picture of what you gave me very poor service my uber had to go twice to get a code too and still gave me the wrong order

First taco bell I've been to where I was forced to order from a kiosk. No Option to order from a person. Took about 4 times longer than using a person. Just got my food. Paid $3 for this burrito. If you know how small the packs of sauce are, you know this is tiny. I was so excited to have this chili cheese burrito again. Sad face.

Cashier in drive through was extremely rude, charged my card 3x amount of food, then refused to give food. Said she already gave it to me. I got home and 7 more charges were made to my card. Manager sided with Cashier. Absolutely ridiculous

I usually visit this Taco Bell about once every 10 days or so. I am usually very happy with the way my order turns out. I have several changes and add on items to my order due to allergies and personal preferences. Todays order was prepared properly according to my allergy changes(no cheese or sour cream, dairy allergy). But I don't believe I got any of my $4 to$5 dollars worth of add-on items.

I also try to be as courteous and kind to the staff as I hope they will be to me. I always say thank you to people who serve me in some way. Most people will at least respond in kind. But lately, the staff at this location either ignores you or doesn't listen to you to begin with. Most of the time, when I thank the drive thru attendant these days, I might get a yeah in response if I'm not ignored all together. Very disappointing.

Im giving this review and giving taco bell 5 stars because of the service from Hector he is very polite and respectful and i surely hope corporate sees this post because Hector has great customer skills and should be promoted and Geraldine does not she rushed over to the counter and was very rude and disrespectful she shouldn't talk to customers the way she talked to me and even after Hector told her he was taking care of my order she still proceeding in talking rude to me and was sarcastic please taco bell corporate take her away from the counter she has absolutely no skills in communicating with customers and I know this as I have been in customer relations for over 30 years with I,-Hop
