I thought having Taco Bell for a late night dinner was a great idea, boy was I wrong.Not only was I missing all of the mild and hot sauces I ordered, the food was prepared awful. Clear instructions cannot be followed apparently. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito box, which featured one of their new Chicken Cantina tacos, the one with the veggies in it and a chalupa with the burrito of course. My chicken taco had absolutely no purple cabbage, and barely any chicken. As you can see in the picture, it was all sauce and lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese basically. My Chalupa had tomato I specifically asked them to take out, barely any meat and again full of lettuce, sour cream and cheese. Why are we being stingy on “meat” that’s not even real meat in the first place? I haven’t even gotten to the potato taco or the grilled cheese burrito yet, but I’m sure they will be incorrect as well. My iced coffee was watered down to the point it barely tasted like coffee. The only thing decent about this whole meal so far is the beans and chips, because how do you mess those up?Two stars only because I did get all of my food items this time, and they did give me the one Avocado verde sauce that comes with my meal. However, my husband didn’t get any sauces with the meal he ordered but that was a whole separate ticket.

We ordered though the app, we go to Taco Bell a lot. Got it delivered through DoorDash. We were missing all of our sauces, the quesadillas were wrong and my bowl was wrong. As well as we didn't get any silverware or napkins..... very dissatisfied.We called to store trying to get a refund as DoorDash was not able to get a hold of them. They were unable to help us. as normal customers I don't know if we will go back....worst Taco Bell we have ever received. Note you our order was almost 50$......

My food was bad. I called and called and the phone was disconnected. I went back to the restaurant, they did change my food the only thing is they did not apologize for the problem instead they were very rude. Is their mistake they need to learn and be sorry for not checking the food before they sell it.

The employees are sometimes nice and sometimes mean just depends on the day that you come here. I recommend coming here in the mornings when they first open because they open a minute late.

Their posted hours for Saturday night say that the lobby is open until Midnight. Last Saturday they locked the lobby doors about 10:30 PM. This has happened on MANY occasions! I have never known any other Taco Bell to close early. I stopped going to this one for several months because the managers were rude to me because I complained about the early closings. When they hired different managers, I started going to this one again. But now the NEW managers are locking up early also!!
Went for a quesadilla. I guess they didn’t have time to melt the cheese. Really disappointed.

I have gotten crunchwrap supremes from here on two separate occasions, and both times, the tortillas inside were extremely stale. The latest time, I also got nacho fries and they were hard. It actually became difficult to eat the fries from how hard they were.
