I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately had a very unpleasant encounter with one of their employees. Upon receiving my order at the drive-thru window, the employee threw my food in my face and slammed the slide door shut. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and shocked. Not only was the service rude, but the food presentation was also compromised due to the employee’s actions. I hope Taco Bell takes appropriate measures to address the behavior of this employee and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy in the future.

Caucasian Girl (Jaelyn P, name on receipt)with Red/Pink/Blonde hair threw food at my husband after they took 15 minutes for two items that look like what it smell like when it goes to the window SEWER TRASH. She def need to be trained. She acted like how the food tasted, DISGUSTING. It’s sad to see people throwing food at people for no reason we ordered pulled up to the window payment ready, and she threw our food at us and on top of that bc I try to take a high road but rolling your eyes and sticking your tounge out, you let this behavior go on at your place of work she needs to be in daycare.

I want to score them higher. But I am tired of them making me ask for a bag. That's just stupid. All you need to do is grab a bag from the bag hanger. And the 5 layer burrito is jo where to looking like the commercial. Instead it looks like a blob of mush. Very sloppily constructed. The strawberry lemonade was delish. And again, the rating would have been higher. But on two separate visits through the drive through, two different reps looked at me crazy for asking for a bag for my 5.00 boxes. And I'm not a taco bell person. So now I feel like I have not been missing anything not eating there in the past 2 years. Right on!!

Worst Taco bell I've ever been to. Their attitudes are horrible. What ever you buy there they give you the bare minimum. I ordered a wild strawberry creme freeze and the lady barely put any creme in my cup. I paid for a freeze that was not worth the pay. The freeze was not a full cup it was half filled. This particular worker does this every time. When nachos was ordered before by me this same individual gave me a bag full of chips with no cheese in the cup. The girl said she can only give one pump in the cup and I paid for extra cheese. I don't have this problem at any other Taco Bell location. This location is a problem

This particular Taco Bell is great. I enjoy eating in store and they make it a pleasant experience. They make the dishes look and taste very desirable.
Can’t get simple orders correct. Leave items out of the bag. They basically steal from you. There’s a reason they can’t work anywhere else.
