I went inside due to the wrong order. The lady from the window was pissed. I said this is incorrect she argues with me. Mm first off customer is always right .which i didnt say. I said I wanted told her. She was about to charge me additional $17.00 plus $14. No no > I said I want my money back. She grabs the food idc i left it on table I wasent going to eat that. She said No i cant get my money back. I asked to speak to a manager. She goes I am one. And started talking in spanish. Hello i under everything u said which i wont say online. After all that i show her receipt and get my money back i asked for receipt. She threw it away in trash. I asked another employee she asks her she digs in trash and shows me but i cant even read it she rips out out my hand. She wouldnt give me her name . So corporate if u see this u need to Fire her. And btw the number dont work up there line stays busy. So this was very unfortunate for my babies who wanted this . If i could do no stars i would do so

Just got the 3-6$ deal. Bueno burger was a joke. Picture looks like about 1 1/2 inches of filling but since so thin and buns touching each other couldn't even see filling. Muchaco same. Both tasted horrible. Used to love bueno and haven't been there in long time. Never again! Taco casa 1000 times better!

First time using this TB. Had it delivered. Less than 2 miles away. All the food was Cold. When I opened it said I hoped it tasted better than it look. NO. It looked the used a shovel to put it in containers. I had a lot for a small group. Greasy and just bad. Now I'm taking antacids wishing I had not spent all most 100.00 with a 20.00 tip. Back to Taco Bell.

This is the absolute worst food I've ever had delivered in 60 years, what's supposed to be a chicken quesadilla is got 1 little piece of chicken that taste spoiled,that sauce is so thin and taste spoiled .I opened all of them, it's absolutely disgusting,I had it delivered by door dash, it's not eatable ,I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, period

Terrible late night visit. Placed an order around 8:20pm and was supposed to be ready around 8:50pm. Got there and waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker box. Waited another 30 minutes just for someone to speak to us from the speaker. Got to the window and waited for our food only to have a bad attitude from one of the employees. Received our food which was completely wrong. Nothing was what we ordered. Manager could not give us a refund and brushed off the employee stating she is just new. Terrible service all-around.
