The parking lot has only one entrance or exit off the main road and appears to be blocked off all the way around, so things can get jammed up quickly. 2 or 3 of the self-serve soda fountains didn't work. People working on their car in the parking lot. Everyone behind the counter was very quick, efficient, and respectful.

All the food was very salty, the guacamole was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I've eaten at this location before and the food has always been good however I don't think I will be back!

THIS Taco Bueno is the best one around. And I'm old, been to every building in Texas with "TACO" in the name... and this always has working restroom with toilet paper and sink w/mirror!

I wish I could give all zeros. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to help me. I was the only person in line. I called the restaurant while standing in the lobby and I could hear the phone ringing but nobody would pick it up in the back. Finally a guy came from the back and said how may I help you. No apology, didn't thank me for my patience absolutely nothing. Shortly after a women came from the back with her child on her hip. She sat the child down on the counter near the food and proceeded working. I don't believe this is where a child should be behind the counter. Someone should always be up front to greet the customers. Anyone could have jumped that counter and did only God knows what. Very unprofessional staff. After I received the food the worker didn't say thank you, have a nice day absolutely nothing. I would be afraid to eat anything from this location

They scam you out of your money. My order should have been 2 fajita roll ups for 2.98 and 2 cheesecake chimis 3.49 for a total $6.47+.54 tax equals $7.01. I was charged $10.38? I will not go back here again.

I came in today and there was nobody in front so I yelled out hello! I felt soo bad when I saw the manager the only person there running the restaurant. Not only was the food really good it was fast. On top of that the ac wasn’t working so this amazing lady was working in this heat please give this lady the recognition she deserves. 7-19-23

I used to love Taco Bueno, but now I refuse to eat there anymore. The food tastes like chemicals… like it has cleaning solution in it or something. The rice is bland. The beans taste like they’re mixed with coffee. I don’t know if it’s just this location but it’s disgusting.

I just ordered food through the drive thru and first they over charged me then gave me under cooked food and gave me one chimi cheesecake when there's supposed to be 2 in one order. Horrible

When their website ordering platform glitched and sent my order to the wrong location (this location), I tried calling this location to let them know it was a glitch and to not make my food. Phone either kept ringing or disconnected after 10 attempts. When I finally spoke with someone there, they referred me to the district manager (gave me her phone & email). After several attempts and no response, I get in touch with this location again and they tell me the district manager isn’t there any more and tell me they will have the new manager get in touch with me. Nothing. I’m out $45 and haven’t eaten at Taco Bueno since because of this. Be wary of this!!!

Went through the drive through. Had to repeat my order more than once. My order was half correct and food was not good. Called the manager and was giving a refund. I was happy with that part. Sad part is that it was my first time at this place. Not going back.
