I have been living 4 mins from the 30 and Broadway location for almost 10 years now and I have visited this restaurant about 6 times and each and every time it was absolutely awful. I have spaced out my visits giving them try after try thinking maybe it’s just the staff that season or maybe just some bad food products that shipment etc! And mind you, I have never entered a review on this location or called corporate on them at all. I have bit my tongue for way too long! This restaurant always and I mean everytime I come to this location the staff is rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in every single way you can think of. The food order is always incorrect. You cannot say anything about what is wrong otherwise you get more backlash you don’t deserve. And the food is i presentable, old, rotted, misrepresented, and not properly advertised. The food is unbelievably disgusting for even a fast food restaurant that’s just thrown together. Pictures below. I have spent over $200 over the years and disappointed everytime and need reimbursement as soon as possible! Training needs to be done, food product needs to be changed or this restaurant needs to be closed. If you want people to go here to get drunk just turn into a bar only. This is a disappointment to the entire chain and you all need to do better entirely in every area!

OK I'm editing this because they did give me 3 extra flautas and more queso for having to come back and they were very nice to me.
I haven't eaten at a Taco Cabana in at least 5 years until yesterday I had a craving for flautas. When I got home my order was wrong I ordered a large slasa ranch and chips they gave me regular salsa but it was after 1 am so I just left it alone and went to bed. So tonight I come back for more flautas and I tell them about what happened with the salsa ranch and he was sorry and gave me a couple 9f the 1 Oz containers which still isn't what I ordered but I didn't want to make a fuss so I go home and when I take out my food to eat it they had gotten my order wrong again. I ordered 6 flautas and they gave me 3. Now here I am in the drive thru waiting... been waiting 10 minutes before I decided to pull out my phone and write this and now I have managed to write all of this and I'm STILL waiting. I bet they don't offer me a refund or anything to make up for the fact that they have massively wasted my time. I'm so upset this is so unfair, I have people waiting at my home for me to get there.

I normally love Taco Cabana. On this particular night I went to the drive-thru and I ordered A bean and cheese nachos add jalapenos. She repeated so you won't jalapenos on those nachos I said yes ma'am. That's not a problem what else? I said I would also like to have the hot sauce, the red hot sauce. Oh you want the traditional picante red sauce? Yes ma'am. Okay. Turns around goes to get our food brings back the bag. Hands it to me meet confident thinking she's obviously got my sauces in here and my jalapenos on here because she repeated it back to me. And also she offered me the traditional red sauce and I was just floored when I got home and realized that now she's not give us the jalapenos which the only way you can eat bean and cheese nachos in my opinion. But she also didn't give us no hot sauce and you want to talk about Seth. I've never got that upset about an order being wrong as I have when someone is that clear ly listen to me and repeating it back to me and obviously heard me and then not do it. It was almost like a big FU.

I went here the other day and I got food poisoning! I got the beef tacos with a mango margarita, and my partner got the carne asada tacos with a margarita. Both of us got sick, but I ended up getting the worst of it and had to stay home the following day. Was not fun at all.
Less of a big deal, but the cashier forgot to give us our fountain drinks and the lids needed to be stocked since they were empty. Seems like this store is ran poorly and the employees are short-staffed. Never eating here again.

Couldn’t even order through the drive thru. Two people are speaking at the same time through the speaker, and having a conversation instead of focusing on my order. The person in front of me had their order messed up TWICE. Drove off and went elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.

If I order breakfast tacos and you charge me additional money for cheese, don’t put freaking cheese on them. I specifically chose not to pay for cheese and now I can’t eat these. Every time I come here you guys screw up the order
