I went in today for the first time, first time trying taco casa it was good it was better than Taco Bell in my opinion. I did forget my purse at the restaurant and when I came back it was gone. I asked the employee and she recalled me by my name on the order and said she placed my purse in the back. Thank goodness for her honesty, I have all my life in my purse. Really amazing workers and thank you so much for the employees Honesty ❤️

Used to be fairly inexpensive now everything cost. Bigger is they charge you for extra onions like they've never used to. Same with sour cream now they charge you a dollar something for a little tiny container. Anyway I'm pretty sure the old owner has nothing to do with it any longer

There is one extremely one BIG issue. The PLUMBING.........the manager is well of this problem, but as of the week. There has not been anything done. When entering into the ladies bathroom, the smell can literally turn your stomach. OMG, surely something can be done. This is not something someone wants to smell, before-during or after a meal. Please address these concerns. I know that my husband and I are not the only one complaining about this. We talked to other guests there as well and they say the same thing. IT'S HORRIBLE! BUT WE LOVE THE FAST FOOD HERE...covering up the smell is just not working🤔Thank you. A true fan🤗

I've noticed they don't put as much meat in their taco salad as they used to. I've noticed that at many of their restaurants. All lettuce and cheese...with a sprinkle of beans and a dash or pinch of meat.
Went through the drive through and got two tacos and a casa delite. Customer service was very pleasant and the food as always was delicious. Fresh ingredients and fast service 🌮

They simply don't care anymore. Ensuring to drain the grease from the meat really well would go a long way. My extended family quit eating here years ago because of it. It used to be hit or miss but it's now a guarantee that you will end up with a bag of grease. Who can eat this?

Tried placing an order through the drive-thru today (11/24 around 12:30) for my team of about 30 people and unfortunately received a lot of attitude from the young lady taking orders. I even pulled up to the window hoping to clarify the order in person, but the attitude continued. I decided to take my business elsewhere. This location would really benefit from better customer service training and a more positive attitude toward customers.

I just wanted to order 6 hard and 6 soft tacos in the 12 pack combo. Told them I would even pay for the most expensive option, which was 12 soft tacos. They refused to sell me 6 hard and 6 soft tacos. Guess im struggling to understand why you’d refuse to sell me what I wanted when I was willing to pay for it. I don’t get it. Mind blown
