They simply don't care anymore. Ensuring to drain the grease from the meat really well would go a long way. My extended family quit eating here years ago because of it. It used to be hit or miss but it's now a guarantee that you will end up with a bag of grease. Who can eat this?

Tried placing an order through the drive-thru today (11/24 around 12:30) for my team of about 30 people and unfortunately received a lot of attitude from the young lady taking orders. I even pulled up to the window hoping to clarify the order in person, but the attitude continued. I decided to take my business elsewhere. This location would really benefit from better customer service training and a more positive attitude toward customers.

I just wanted to order 6 hard and 6 soft tacos in the 12 pack combo. Told them I would even pay for the most expensive option, which was 12 soft tacos. They refused to sell me 6 hard and 6 soft tacos. Guess im struggling to understand why you’d refuse to sell me what I wanted when I was willing to pay for it. I don’t get it. Mind blown

Their tacos are the best fast-food tacos!!! Tons of lettuce and cheese.. so good!
It think the food has crack in it. It is super addictive. I might have to do an in patient re-hab to get off this stuff. For real, the good is great and the people that work there are cool too. Is ya in rehab. Lol

I went to the restaurant and ordered several items from the menu, including chips and guac. I was in a hurry and failed to check my order in the drive thru, when leaving.
Upon reaching my destination, I realized I had no chips and guac. I was also given no receipt. I tried several times to call the restaurant before returning, and received no answer.
Therfore, on my trip home from my office the same evening, I returned to get the remainder of my missing order.
When I reached the restaurant for the 2nd time that day, I entered and asked for a manager. After a long wait, Nancy assured me that she'd help. Upon telling her my order wasn't complete, she advised that I needed a receipt and I advised that I definitely was not given one ... along with no chips and guac, which had coincidentally been missing several times when I visited the restaurant in the past.
Long story made shorter: She was able to search and find my receipt, confirming this she offered to finally return my chips and guac. So despite not being given my correct order in the first place, and not being given a receipt...I was still met with issues and very unhappy that I again, basically had to plead my own case there, after having to drive back to the restaurant, spend more time, gasoline and good energy for what was owed to me in the first place.
I am now indebted from my trip to Taco Caso. So if you'd like to pay for food that you don't get, would like to return and be your own attorney to get the food you paid for, then yes, visit the Taco Casa location on Broadway in Garland, TX.
