My wife and I ended up trying this place due to Twisted Trompo being closed because of a water leak. The place was small but very clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
I ordered two steak quesadillas, 1 beef gordita, and a bottled drink. The steak quesadillas were just ok, they were a bit flimsy, not as crisp and firm as I would have liked or expected.
The beef gordita my wife had was a complete failure. The bread on the gordita was severely undercooked, so much so the filling and grease just completely dissolved the bread and it fell a part..I really wish I would have taken a pic, but I didn't as I hadn't planned on writing a review.
Based on our experience and what we had I would never try them again, but they might have other menu items that deserve a chance, but not with me .

I tried this place for the first time. I tried the huitlacoche quesadilla and the chilaquiles red with eggs and meat. The quesadilla was freshly made, purple hand-made masa but was a bit too hot for me. The quilaquiles were also freshly made with little meat but the rest portions were big. Not too much breakfast selection, I would try lunch or dinner instead. Great coffee! My cost was about $23 for one person.

This is a great spot, I come like 2 a month. They are really nice and friendly. They also offer hand made tortillas and Azul tortillas. Its authentic and fresh. Highly recommend!

As you know, there are many spots to grab tacos in the Garland area. This is one of my favorite spots around. Hand-made tortillas are not unusual around there parts...but these might be the beat around. They also have the best beef soup in Garland.

We usually consume the tacos from here, but there but I think that after today we will think twice, the quality of the tortilla is getting worse and worse to the point that we had to transfer the meat from our tacos (approximately 20 tacos) to homemade tortillas because that tortilla was super stiff and we couldn't even chew it, the photos don't lie.
