We just moved to garland and this is our favorite snack place, snow cones are always made so well, not the greatest customer service but they make the best and softest snow cones.

Drive though snow cone. When going beware there are two lines The elote was my favorite. The snow cone had just the right amount of syrup.

They have the best knockout/snowcone. I always expect a wait when I come but it is getting a lot worse. Someone needs to be in there managing and organizing the kids working in there. There are usually 4 but only 1 or 2 actually making the orders. They continuously come back to the car and have you repeat your order also. It's a shame because we have been coming here for years but lately consider driving the extra mile to the next snow cone hut so we don't have to wait 30 min in line.

I went here for a Picadilly, but after waiting 15 minutes in line, I get to the window and was told they didn't have the stuff to make it. I was told they ran out of a lot of things. I did order a cherry snow cone and it was good. Our attendant was nice also apologetic. I may go back and give it another chance.
They are VERY SLOW at serving you. It took over 15 minutes to get an Elotes and a snow cone with no one else waiting. Went another time...same thing. They're not in any hurry to get you through the drive in.

By far the best snow cone I ever had it’s called the knockout . Made with watermelon snow cone , vanilla ice cream , Mexican cream ,fresh strawberries, my grand daughter had a cotton candy she loved it too .

I went wanting elote with everything on it corn, mayo, cheese, valentina, butter , etc . I left with nothing but corn, corn juice and some cheese on top. Elote was very poorly made.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Customer service was horrible. Gave us an attitude after we said thank you. And was annoyed because everything we wanted they were out of. Also the girls had their hair down and didn’t even care. Health hazard

these are so good my mom and I having been coming for the past week. The texture is amazing and the flavors just top it off. 10/10 don’t sleep on them they are fireee !!!
