I must say I have traveled the world and by far this has been the best TGI Friday’s I have ever been to my bartender Sherie was over the top fabulous with her professionalism her service and her attention to details. Not to mention her bartender manager, Chris he came over and put a cherry on top……so you guys must come to TGI Fridays in Garland Texas.

Been here a couple times. Experience varied depending on the server. One time was good, next time was just ok.
Update: they really need to get the air conditioner fixes here. It pulsate loudly and hurts our ears. It also makes all the booths vibrate really bad.

I’d leave a zero star review if I could. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes with out anyone coming to greet us. A server and manager walked past us multiple times and didn’t say a word. When we finally asked if there was a bartender we were told that, “she was probably in the back doing something”. I have a shellfish allergy and still decided to go across the street to Razzoo’s. (P.S there was actually a bartender at Razzoo’s)

I feel terrible that by the time I got home I couldn’t remember the servers name. He was absolutely PHENOMENAL I wrote this on my receipt today in June 22 on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you for making our day. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and when we were being indecisive he explained everything so well that we ended up with food that we loved! Our burgers were sooo delicious! Props to the cook! The sauces for the wings were exquisite. Thank you to our server and please find out who it was so he gets the recognition! He truly went above and beyond our drinks never got empty!

I wouldn’t know about the food. Nobody in the restaurant even cared about the front door. The bartender, manager and servers all saw people waiting in the lobby when the restaurant was dead, and chose to ignore me for 15 minutes while the hostess put together a to go order. The bartender was talking so he could have sat me or said something to me, and other employees weren’t super busy. Then when they finally did a knowledge me it was to seat a family that had walked in 15 minutes after me. McDonald’s gives better service and that’s pathetic.

Service was good no complaints there, however they were not busy and the wait was a tad bit long to receive our food. But hey no worries I understand things happen. But I don't understand how my husband receives his choose 3 meal deal and my bacon cheeseburger and fries wasn't ready at the same time as his. Okay, not upset about that but he received his food and all 6 shrimp were super fried and greasy wasn't edible. The ribs were burnt mind you it's already not much meat on it so no room to burn anything. His chicken fingers were over cooked the breading just fell off the chicken. And my burger was not good had more fries, but will never get a burger or that choose 3 meal deal. Yes, we ate what we could and did not complain one time. Because it was nothing else advertising on the menu so didn't want to exchange or get anything else. Plus, we were hungry and waited a while for the food.
