The Alley is delicious. Their team always tastes fresh and full of flavor. I love getting the royal milk tea, the garden milk tea, and even the alley trio milk tea is amazing. The ubw taro brown sugar deerioca milk is also super good.I recommend them to everyone and I always keep coming back!

I loved the Alley in california so i was excited when it came to texas but the quality and service here does not compare. I’m usually disappointed each visit because my drink is made incorrectly, now they do correct it but i wouldn’t waste time sitting around for my drink.

Do not get the strawberry green tea. It was terrible. So sour and bitter I couldn't finish it. Also they gave me a dirty cup.In contrast, the milk tea is pretty tasty. Too bad we got the trio there is too much stuff included. If you love different toppings in your tea go for this one. They also have panna cottas here. I tried the mango one and devoured that in like 2 sec so yummy.

It was my first time visiting this location. Lychee yogurt smoothie (regular sweet) tasted ok, but wouldn’t get it again. Some of the lychee bits left a bitter taste and the drink itself had lots of big chunks of ice in it. Original purple rice yogurt drink (regular sweet) was good, also had chunks of ice. I’d come back again to try other drinks since I do like the milk teas from the other location.

Really pretty interior! Bright, spacious and quiet for a cafe/boba place of that size! Service: quick (I went Friday night at 8:45pm) Their drinks are VERY pretty!!! And definitely worth the price given how big they are. The drinks that have fixed sugar are a little too sweet for my palate (I usually drink boba at 30% or 0% sugar). I got the Ube taro brown sugar deerioca milk w/ oat milk. My niece got the lychee yogurt smoothie. She said it was a little too tart for her taste but she still liked it.

The Alley's never disappointed me. The service was fast. The inside was really nice. We got a Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk with less sugar, a Matcha Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk with slight sugar, and an Original Purple Rice Yogurt. All the drinks were on point!!! Not too sweet!! The boba was chewy enough and not soggy at all. The sugar wasn't overly sweet. The matcha drink was refreshing if u ever got bored of the original one.

I like my ube drink but only took a couple sips and it was all gone. Drinks here are expensive. All close to $7. I didn't like that the cashier automatically added boba to my drink without asking me if I want it or not. I usually don't get bobas for my drinks. The boba here isn't good either- hard and not sweet.

New fav boba place, went during grand opening and recently for jujutsu kaisen collab, enjoyed both the special smoothies. One of the best brown sugar bobas, the lychee green tea is super refreshing. Will need to try croffles next time.
