We ordered pad see ew and pad Thai on DoorDash. SO FREAKING GOOD. And this is compared to Thai Thumbz and Tom Yum Thai. Both dishes taste so authentic. This is my new go to Thai spot. Feels like a hole in the wall kind of place because nobody talks about it. Overall: LOVEEEEEE ♥️

Absolutely some of the BEST Thai food in North Texas! Basil Fried Rice w/chicken and Pad See Ew w/chicken. Both dishes were cooked perfectly!! It is definitely a hidden gem, and I will become a regular customer.

Recently moved to the Garland area and finding a good Thai place was top priority. I can say that my wife and I have definitely found an amazing spot! The food was so good! I would recommend the drunken noodles any time.
Excellent food and our waitstaff was very kind and even helped direct us to the dessert place next door after our meal. The only thing I would change is the ambience, to spruce it up a little to make it inviting.

Food is amazing every time. Small wait but food is always piping hot and fresh out of the kitchen. Amazing flavor. If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go. The basil fried rice with a little bit of spice is incredibly delicious!

I absolutely love The Blue Rat: Thai Kitchen! The food is incredible, the staff is kind and courteous, and they are extremely talented at what they do. I also love the authenticity of the food, especially their Pad Thai, it is one of my guilty pleasures for sure! This place is wonderful, I 100% recommend!
