This had to have been the worst food I've ever eaten. I had the taco plate. The rice tasted like nothing, the beans tasted like they were from a "just add water" packet and the trompo meat tasted bad. Don't waste your money here

Disgusting!!!!! They are touching our food with no gloves or mask, they don’t even give you a good costumer service, they stay quiet and wait for you to make your order, the cashier of the store doesn’t even have a mask and same as the other guys, no costumer service, the girl literally was flirting with the Indian guy, she wasn’t even wearing a mask either! They just don’t care!!!!

I ordered on grub hub, and the order came completely different. Then I asked for barbacoa gorditas and they put sour cream in them. Barbacoa with soggy sour cream and lettuce. Nasty ! never again
Heard about them on Yelp and gave them a try. Got the 10 trompo for 10.00 and they were very good! Came with onions cilantro and 4 sauces. I will definitely try them again to taste the other kinds they offer..I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Saw this place on tiktok and I had to come try it out. Drove 40 minutes and it was definitely worth it. The trompo tacos were super good and just the tacos in general were really good. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in garland again.

I grew up with very "American" version of tacos, and then I was blessed to have my second awakening and experience "traditional" [Mexican] street tacos while enjoying an epic tour of Mexico city by my new in-laws. I mean what's not to love about tiny fresh, soft corn tacos shells wrapped around crisp onion, fresh cilantro, meats seasoned by the Gods and a zesty squirt if lime? The spicy red and green salsa are always a fun addiction too but when I tell you, the BEST CHURRO I've ever had (and I've only had one "famous" Churro in Mexico city and maybe two other kinds in random restaurants... Fourth Time was the charm! I woke up to sugary mess on my coffee table (we really ought to get a dining table lol) and on the floor. I'm surprised but glad my pups didn't vacuum for us this time. Needless to say the cajeta (caramel) and the texture (I finally realized they remind me of it cinnamon toast crunch and sugar donuts had babies) o h m y g o o d n e s s! I literally cannot wait to order from this place again. The barbacoa was so flavorful and the chicken had a nice browned and crispy bits without being dry. Bueno bueno bueno bueno!
