Very rude service. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Slow making food, food is decent but service is bad. Very disappointing

Went in to order dinner..there were two guys waiting for food. Doorbell rings lady (owner) walks out...looks at me and completely ignores me...she goes back and forth to the kitchen and I am standing at the counter and she never greeted me or takes my order. After ten minutes I'm still waiting to be helped. Each time she comes out she looks at me but doesn't take my order. I finally left with no food and won't go back there again.

Food is good and priced well & the lady is always nice, little scattered, but nice.However, it shouldn't take over an hour to get an order. The wait times have been getting longer and longer over the last five years.And their son, he has a serious attitude problem. When I questioned why it took me so long, he gave me attitude. His mom was trying to push him away, but he kept running his mouth.Longer wait times, lack of communication, and poor poor customer service on their son's part, I will not be back.

There is no dinning in at all! Weird to see heavy Covid restrictions after our society has come back to an open, and normal life. The food is always good, but having to order through a plexiglass, and sit and wait in your car is annoying.

This was my first experience at Uncle Wings. Last night I placed an online order. When I arrived I was surprised they have the front door blocked off with plexiglass. You call the number and I guess you pay and pickup your order through a small cutout in the plexiglass. The COVID bs is over, open your doors to your customers!! When I called I was told they don’t know where my order is, come back in 15 minutes and we’ll have it ready for you. I told her, no thank you, I’ll take my business somewhere else. So my first experience was also my last as I will not go back there. Obviously I can not rate the food as I never received my order.

Food is great, but be prepared to wait over an hour for it every single time. It's been more than twice that i place orders over the phone and they say it'll be ready in 20 minutes and its always at least an hour wait.

I am not sure if they are renovating it or what but the restaurant has a table in front door blocking it and you stand at the door and wait for someone to come take your order. Seemed kinda weird to me especially since there were people sitting at the tables inside and no obvious sign of why someone would do that. The food was also under mid and didn't really taste great. It's also expensive for how average it is, you're better off going to Panda Express.

Funny how our life circle brings us back to places! I use to eat Uncle Wing's every week! Here I am, 30 years later, back home! And out of the corner of my eye I see, Uncle Wing's! Still in the same place!! The food is still amazing! Actually, they spoiled me, because thru the years I always had to ask for extra sauce on meals. Not at Uncle Wing's!!! They got you covered on that! Love it! ❤
