I love the atmosphere here. Arlene is awesome! My favorite are the protein oats & waffles. They taste too good to be healthy. The lit teas give so much energy.

Arlene mixed my shake to the opposite of my recipe direction. I almost had a heart palpitation.

I came to get a nutritional lunch with my two year old and while I chatted with the owner as she made my shake, her kids played with my toddler keeping him entertained. We even got him one and he loved it *birthday cake for the win!* I highly recommend this place if you need a little pick me up (those TeaBombs are the bomb) or a healthy start to the day!

**HORRIBLE FOOD***HORRIBLE SERVICE*** This goes down as the worst food and services I ever experienced! I ordered the lobster ravioli and a salad with was $25. I guess home and open up the container and found that it was a complete different order than what I ordered. So I called and asked to speak to the manager and the lady who answered said she was the manager and owner so I was like good now I can get this straight now. Please keep in mind I was not calling for a refund or discount in which she thought that was my intentions, but it wasn't. My intentions was to let them know that they messed up my order and how I was treated when I was there. Their customer service is horrible and the food looks like slop so I ended up throwing it away and she tells me you should have never thrown it away because that will be the only way that she will be able to give me a discount or a refund. So after she told me that she told me she didn't believe a word I was telling her and she wasn't going to do anything about it and she hung up. When I say this was my worst experience with any restaurant this goes down as the worst. Anyone who's thinking about dining at this place please expect not quality food and poor service!
