If i could give like infinite stars i would lol last time i went to a wafflehouse was a horrible experience until i found this one! I went in at 1amish this morning and the staff was absolutely amazing. Best customer service ive ever received. Waffles were perfect (practically inhaled them) and my bacon was made exactly how i asked. It was fast but it wasnt rushed and i appreciated that. Definitely returning soon :) and management please please please keep the gentleman and two ladies that were there tonight on staff 🫶

I never leave a review but the service I had tonight was unacceptable. Placed our order with a women whom was nice and then some other woman with tattoos came up & seemed mad for no reason. We cancelled our order and left, due to the woman!

This place is horrible... Have been coming here for a long time and it has turned to trash... You can never get your whole meal at the same time so plan to eat your meal in pieces... The short black guy manager is horrible and has a very bad attitude. He can never get his store or employees together. Not to mention I watched him touch the container with waffle batter with gloves on and then start making plates with the fresh vegetables with those same gloves on and went and got sausage from the back all while not changing his gloves.. cross contamination.... Only a couple of the servers are decently pleasant but a lot of time there's bickering and conflict... I am at the point that I don't even wanna go here anymore. Corporate really needs to come in and do a deep cleaning in this place and start with getting a new manager...
