The food at Waffle House was very good, but what really made the visit special was the morning crew. You could tell they had a great working relationship—there were smiles, small talk, and everyone was helping each other. The positive atmosphere was contagious!
Our server, Shontay, went above and beyond to check on us throughout breakfast, and when I had a little trouble with the jukebox machine, Burl jumped in without hesitation and helped me out with a smile and some friendly banter.
I truly appreciate establishments that foster this kind of energy and teamwork. I’ll definitely be back—and fingers crossed I get this same amazing crew again!

I came into the entire staff on their phone, the food, the cook didn't know what I meant by scrambled medium and over cooked my eggs, I didn't receive any toast, my bowl I ordered with bacon and sausage, the cook didn't very . Much of either, I overpaid for a egg and hash bowl, The cashier present me with my food said thanks and all went right back to their phones, I believe an off duty staff member assisted me with additional condiments cuz she saw I was able to get the attention of the order taker..

The service was average, the taste of the waffles was very good but the same night my husband and I feel seek bc of the food. I think was too greasy even when we share and split the meal.
Complete incompetence. From the top down. Rude, nonchalant employees, clueless management. An hour plus wait for food, and having to remind the human being that actually took your order, about your order. Waiting happens at busy restaurants, that’s natural, but productivity and efficiency should also happen - and this place is devoid of both.
Avoid like the bubonic plague. I’m sure there are better Waffle Houses out there that you can take your family to. We will NEVER be back.
