The problem with Walmart is that they are not Handicap friendly. Sure, they have a few handicap spaces, but everyone parks in them. a restroom stall for one wheelchair customer, but you have no idea how many times I have to wait on someone who doesn't have a disability to come out. I'm disabled and have to use the electric mobile carts they have. Most are broken or not charged up. It takes me forever to shop here. The store doesn't stock the store diagonally with people like me in mind. It never fails that the item I need is at the very top or in an aisle bin, and I can not reach inside. The freezer doors open out instead of barn door style where they slide in the tracks. 3-4 hours later, I'm exhausted, and my arms hurt. Trying to find good customer service is an ordeal all on its own. I ask if they can find someone to assist me with unloading my bags into the back seat, and they act like I'm bothering them, geez! Also, why is that off duty police officer always on his phone instead of issuing citations outside to unauthorized parking in the handicap spaces and those parking along the fire truck red zone? Every now and then, a store employee is awesome like Jack from the Grocery Pickup, but it's rare. This store is ridiculous, but make it better by hiring more Jack's!

The online pick up and delivery is a joke. They give me the wrong items all the time or I am missing items. It is best to not use them at all and just go shop for your groceries yourself. I understand that mistakes happen. But this is everytime. And when I call the store no one answers.

Excellent staff, everything perfect in Pick up, BUT... less one person, Mrs. Jenifer (the manager) damages the image of Walmart with a rude attitude and mistreatment, I have never seen such unprofessional Walmart staff.

I love this Walmart, but I’ve been encountering a reoccurring problem. Every time I try talking to an employee— they don’t speak English or barely speak English at all. Personally I’ve been trilingual all my life, Japanese, English and Spanish. Unfortunately majority of the people working there seem to be of African or Middle Eastern descent.

Hopefully a hiring manager sees this— there isn’t many young black Americans or bilingual Latinos working there. No offense to the employees but it seems Walmart would rather have really old, non English speaking employees rather than having young American minorities.
