I picked up my groceries and followed the “no person” instructions. When I got home 1/2 of my order was missing. I called and they told me I could come back to get the rest of my order. I requested delivery of the missing item and the representative said the store manager refused.

It was horrible I waited 2 hours for an oil change and there was only 1 car ahead of me which they had not even started yet. Was told that the only 2 guys doing oil changes went on their 15 minute break 30 minutes ago! Both me and the guy ahead of me ask for our cars and we left.

If I could put zero stars I would. We bought tires from Walmart.com and are at an appointment to have them installed. Came to our first appointment and the tires weren't here. Okay... they didn't call or bother to tell us. Rescheduled for noon today and are still here 2 hours later. They are completely incompetent. Couldn't get our back two tires off and so they're only installing the front two. The men were sarcastic and taking behind my back. I consulted with a store manager - the manager of the auto department was out today. He did waive the installation fees for the two front tires. Sad operation and we will never be back. Meanwhile, we're talking our two back tires somewhere else to have them put on.

Would not let me in with no mask even though 2 other walmarts in the area did not require it. Was told by employee "just put it on and pull it under your chin once you get so it looks like you're complying with the rules."

4 hours for a tire change is ridiculous. When they finally did get to our car, 20 minutes or less we were done. Horrible experience. Would have been better taking our chances on the road until we got home.

I want to say that Evelyn was very helpful in the auto center helping me buy a tire. It was busy as usual yet she was kind and took the time to help. She is very professional and Walmart is lucky to have her on their team.

I called around this morning to see if anywhere had 2 black 42mm iwatches and was stoked when I thought I had found them here! I drove from Crandall and had the extreme displeasure of dealing with a very rude older woman in electronics who spoke to me like I was an absolute inconvenience to her. I'd ask her a question and she'd half answer me while walking away! She didn't know if they had them and was obviously put out when I asked her to check as she matter of factly told me she'd have to go to the back, again she made it apparent that she was utterly annoyed by me and my request. When she came back she said they only had 3, and they weren't the ones I was looking for. Again, she said it as she was walking away. I left and called as soon as I got to my car only to be left on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for the store manager. I ended up disconnecting the call before the manager answered. I hope they know they lost a $500 sale today thanks to her. I bought them from Costco!
