Food is never right and they never put the condiments. Called about my order that was wrong and “Shon” said “I’ll tell my baggers”. He didn’t care and was rude af. Not sure why I thought I’d have a better experience there today..knew better smh. Not going back, will take the loss but damn do better!!

Dear Mgmt; evening crew needs some training. When your employee just stares at you, hands you your bag of food without a smile, a thank you, nothing - what does that say? The only thing out of his mouth was the cost of my food as he reached for my payment. Unacceptable.

I only ordered a burger, no mayo & packet of mustard instead & a drink EASY ice & 10 piece chicken nuggets. My burger had no veggies & was only meat & smothered with mustard. WTH? My drink was also mostly ice & very little drink. Did that guy not know what EASY ice means? Please teach your employees to pay CLOSER attention at the drive-through & what EASY ICE means. Didn't even pack me any napkins. My chicken nuggets weren't 10 either. They were 7. I'm never going to this location again.
The best Wendys ? the Sunday morning staff delivers fresh food and the service is very good

This location continually has the best service. It’s fast, accurate, and always fresh. The inside is clean, well stocked and up to date.
Today I came inside to eat with my two toddlers who I was desperately trying to keep in check, and Marilu went above and beyond in taking our order and helping us get seated. I really appreciate her and while this is usually my go-to location, I will now be much happier to come inside knowing she’s here.

I frequent this Wendy’s and have always had a great experience until today. I ordered a 10pc spicy nugget after signing up for the app and they wouldn’t let me redeem it without adding more to my order. So I ordered a 20pc garlic parmesan nugget to try it out and repeated it back to him three times to which he rung up as a 10pc which I would say whatever to normally, however upon receiving my order I was met with 10 spicy nuggets… I had to pay the full price of both 10pc chicken nuggets because he refused to help me in redeeming my award AND gave me the incorrect order WITH STALE nuggets. I understand having food on standby, but really? You give me 10 stale nuggets and 10 fresh nuggets that isn’t even my proper order? I am so unbelievably frustrated with this whole interaction, and to add the cherry on top he had so much attitude while speaking to me when I have been nothing but kind towards him. I am so unbelievably pissed at everything that has occurred and honestly will not come back.
