I went to the drive through on a rainy day. They had the machine covered by plastic, so couldn’t hear, and I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times (and they still got it wrong). I ordered a #1 double, and 2 son of a baconator. I saw them look at the receipt several times, yet they still gave me three son of a baconators (which do not have lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc that would come on the burger I actually ordered).
In general, the price of Wendy’s has gone up, while the quality has decreased.

We almost always use the app, And they're very good about getting our order quickly through the drive-thru. The people are always very good at communicating and being respectful. Today in the drive-thru they were very busy and when I pulled up to order they kindly asked me if I could wait just a moment. Most drive-thrus would not say anything, so it's refreshing to find people with a respectful attitude. Our food today was hot and fresh and very good!

I decided to get Wendy's for the first time in about 6 years at this location. Idk if it was the timing but it was horrible. I got the baconator and it had no flavor whatsoever and the French fries were so horribly overcooked I couldn't even finish the food. I wont be going back to Wendy's again after this
