They got my wife's order wrong. Instead of a chicken sandwich with no mayo all they gave her was a chicken patty on a bun. Do not waste your time. They also asked our order name repeatedly. over 6 times. Never again, Wendy.

I go to this Wendys almost weekly and the service can be hit or miss usually I'm missing something like sauce or a cookie or have incorrect items (pickles on a no pickle order). I know those are small grievances but when it's a normal thing to expect because it happens so often and the attitude I'll get when asking for said missing items really leaves me with a bad taste. As a service worker I try my best to be fair and understanding, so while I won't say it's a terrible place to go because for fast food, it's not. But If it wasn't for it being so close to home and my son only eating their specific nuggets I wouldn't keep going to this location.

The single cheeseburger tasted like the patty was old (quite reminiscent of the old patties used for chili). I had ordered it with mayo and ketchup only, but cheese was included. The spicy chick barely had any mayo on it. This was a To go order but no napkins had been put in the bag so I went to get them from the drink area. Both napkins dispensers were totally empty. Last time I visited this store it was a corporate store. It’s quite clear that it is now a franchise and that the owner has little pride in the store.

The morning staff treated me well on 10/20/2024 but there is a guy in line and when he continued his shift he only asked for a glass of water and the cashier or manager, I don't know what that lady was but she was charging him for a glass of water $.25 cents don't make yourself poorer for giving a glass of water to a person, after a while they even throw it away and that's it. My respects to the afternoon staff, the manager is a very good person.

Been going to this location regularly since it's close to my work. Today I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese muffin and breakfast potatoes. When I got to work, I discovered there wasn't an egg and the muffin tasted stale! Thank goodness I didn't pay for the muffin as it was a reward purchase, but STILL.... Guess I have to start checking the order every single time that I pull away from the drive-thru!

I came between 10-11 and ordered a biggie with a spicy chicken BLT and got home to find out it had no bacon. i had to drive all the way back and kindly asked them to just remake it. the manager on shift was very rude and hostile the entire time even the first time i had ordered. she didn’t even remake my sandwich after they looked through it, she just handed me 1 piece of bacon in a piece of wrapping paper. Very rude customer service i will definitely not come back and tell friends and family to not come back either.
