It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.
My order was taken promptly and accurately, with the cashier being incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite a few customizations, everything was exactly as requested, which isn't always a given at fast-food establishments. The digital menu board also made it easy to see my order as it was being placed, adding an extra layer of accuracy.
And the food quality? Absolutely fantastic! My burger was hot, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with fresh toppings that tasted like they'd just been prepared. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, exactly what you hope for from Wendy's. Even the Frosty was thick and creamy, a perfect end to the meal.
Beyond the core aspects, the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The music wasn't too loud, and there was a steady, but not overwhelming, flow of customers, indicating consistent popularity. I got lunch from Wendy’s today and specifically asked the woman in the drive-thru for NO ONIONS on the spicy cajun chicken sandwich and she straight up lied to me and said “it doesn’t come with onions only lettuce and pickles”. Guess what was on my sandwich? Ofc it was the crispy onions that I asked to be removed. Clearly no respect for allergies or any special requests.

I ordered from the app when stated that the dimensions in closest for 8:30 pm. So I stated that I would be there for 8:05 pm. But when I get there at 8 pm the doors are locked and the employee tells me to use the drive-thru. I now have to wait in the line and when I do get to the window I have to wait again. Finally I get my order and as I am sitting there checking my order I am told that I have to move. So I do pull up only to find out my our is missing my frosty and the fries are the wrong size. I will rethink about returning.

They got my wife's order wrong. Instead of a chicken sandwich with no mayo all they gave her was a chicken patty on a bun. Do not waste your time. They also asked our order name repeatedly. over 6 times. Never again, Wendy.

I go to this Wendys almost weekly and the service can be hit or miss usually I'm missing something like sauce or a cookie or have incorrect items (pickles on a no pickle order). I know those are small grievances but when it's a normal thing to expect because it happens so often and the attitude I'll get when asking for said missing items really leaves me with a bad taste. As a service worker I try my best to be fair and understanding, so while I won't say it's a terrible place to go because for fast food, it's not. But If it wasn't for it being so close to home and my son only eating their specific nuggets I wouldn't keep going to this location.
