Worst Service Ever, Employees were rude and gave the food incomplete

Well aside from the friendly staff I have no more praise to offer, first and last time at this Wendy’s and maybe all of them. I ordered a Dave’s double no onions, large with a cherry coke. The fries were crisp yet cold upon receipt and I believe this is the first time I’ve been served a burger where mold has started to grow on the bun.
To each their own but know you’ve been warned.

Everything was cold
Even the phone call when I called only to get asked to turn back to get a refund.
I mentioned the rating they were going to get. The one who answered shamelessly said that’s okay.

the place was very dirty, the floors were sticky and the soda machine was leaking. To top it off our chicken sandwich was raw. Terrible experience here. Dont recommend.

I don't know what changed between months ago and now. 6 months ago or longer, I would always get great service and fresh food. Now, the service went from Chic-Fil-A to McD's. The food is NEVER fresh anymore. Tonight, I asked for fresh fries this time because the last 2 times, they were cold. So what did they do different? Refry the already cold french fries. This place never has a line when I go, and now it's confirmed why. Hopefully, other ppl receive better food because I sure haven't for the last 3 months.

How do you just cancel an order without warning? That is exactly what happened to me. Then when the driver went to pick up, they were told it was already picked up which is a lie. So, who’s telling the truth? The delivery driver or Wendy’s staff?
Food was cold. All of it. Chicken nuggets were still frozen. Fries cold and limp.
Will not be back to this location.

Ordered some regular chicken nuggets. They gave me spicy ones instead. Made my 3 year old son throw up. Before you leave make sure to check your order because clearly they’re too incompetent to even get an order of chicken nuggets right.

I have been here at least a dozen times and they have only gotten my order correct once. They are incredibly slow and it takes at least 10 minutes for me to just get through the drive thru after ordering on my PHONE. There's almost always something missing and the food is either cold or has tiny amounts of the condiments it is supposed to have. Not sure if the new standard is to put a dime-sized dollop of sauce on burgers but that doesn't seem right.
Today December 21 I came to this location about 7:20 PM. Order two biggie bags, bacon cheeseburgers, and a kid meal nuggets. The Nuggets was soggy and cold. The fries was cold. Taste like they’ve been cooked in old grease. My burger bond was hard as hell and I called. No one answered. Oh my goodness this is terrible.

The manager that doesn't wear her name tag is very rude customer service is very bad I will never return here and I will make sure my co workers and the surrounding community doesn't either I will try my best and she hung the phone up in my face she is a very rude person and management will lose money due to her disrespect
Rude and very unprofessional. They look sloppy, and they have sloppy customer service to match.
