I normally don’t write bad reviews I just usually let this roll off my back but this review is 100 justified and you will see why. So my fiancé and I stopped in at 12:45pm on my way to get an MRI done in Dallas, so we are definitely on a time crunch first issue is there is some sort of big wig there ( I am gonna say by the body language maybe the owner ) the manager on duty was a middle aged woman who definitely had and attitude and her staff wasn’t far behind. Well the order was simple two biggie bag one with no sauce and the other with bbq and chili sauce. Well the manager said sorry we don’t have chili sauce for your nuggets so said well ok how about the sweet chili sauce and she tried to charge me .48 cents for a sauce she didn’t have. are you kidding me I said OK you don’t have chili sauce but you’re trying to charge me for the sweet chili sauce that I want because you don’t have the other sauce sauce that is ridiculous and they were obviously trying way too hard because the owner or whoever the important guy was My advice moving forward just be yourself and just do what you normally do because you would never charge me the $.48 for your sauce that you didn’t have this place sucks do better

Came this morning because I put a mobile order
no one came on the speaker but the guy that was throwing the trash asked have I got anybody? Told him no he let me know they were running 10 mins late. I ordered a simple sausage McMuffin. I got to wait 10 mins for a simple breakfast? Ridiculous! Luckily I could still cancel my order.

I tried the fuego meal and the chicken was very raw and tasted like rubber I tried to tell the employee about the problem and they didn’t want to fix it and said it was normal then they gave me a other one and the chicken tasted like gum I do not recommend never come here

Drive thru service white lady, you get a zero. My food was $29 for two combos and 2 ice creams. After tasting thr fries I said to her, the drive thru always get the worst food and I asked for more fries, they were old, brown and stale. She had a bad attitude and when i asked for ketchup it got worse and she closed the window in my face and said to her, you have an attitude thats when she closed the window in my face. Whoever the manager is should review the tape and see who was rude, and I hope she's not the manager. Today at 115pm. Im forever done with this location, I took another chance on them and it's the same...

**If I could give ZERO stars, I would…and frankly, that would be generous!!!** I placed and PAID for my order ONLINE. Walked into the store thinking I’d just grab my food and go. WRONG. The cashier had the *audacity* to tell me I still owed money. I showed her the RECEIPT. I showed her my BANK TRANSACTION. And she still refused to give me my food! This is the SECOND time this location has tried to pull this stunt. Are you serious?! I had to call CUSTOMER SERVICE just to get what I ALREADY paid for! I’ve been to plenty of Wendy’s, and NEVER have I had this kind of issue. This location is a joke. SCAMMERS. SHADY. Someone needs to get in there and clean house! I want the OWNER on the line — NOW! Thumbs down! I won’t be visiting this place again! Oh and they did not even give me my COMPLETE order! 🙃🙄

Well aside from the friendly staff I have no more praise to offer, first and last time at this Wendy’s and maybe all of them. I ordered a Dave’s double no onions, large with a cherry coke. The fries were crisp yet cold upon receipt and I believe this is the first time I’ve been served a burger where mold has started to grow on the bun.

To each their own but know you’ve been warned.
