Joe was awesome and greeted me as I walked in. Food was served quickly and with a smile. I ordered the Patty Melt and it was awesome. Joe needs a raise.

Over the last few months this place has gotten a ton better. The new manager young guy that runs the register has been super friendly. Way better than the 2 ladies that had previously been in that position. Orders are also coming out of the kitchen much faster.

Horrible customer service and greedy for money. Wouldn’t allow my daughter to get lettuce and tomatoes on her kids meal. Even if I was willing to pay for it. Been to plenty of whataburger never had an issue. What kid wants mustard and pickles that’s crazy. No substitution. Paid double the price just for lettuce and tomatoes $10 for a kids meal is insane. Gotta get the order right and the person on the mic has to speak up. Really hard to place an order when you feel like you have to yell because they're talking so low and they still don't input it correctly.

I literally just waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a cold ass burger and cold fries. What a joke!
They stop serving breakfast at 10 corp says it’s 11 wild…. Something to take into account, the local Taco Bell, jack in the box and McDonald’s scored above a 97 on their food inspection through the city of garland. These are thought to be inferior to whataburger, the prices represent that, but the food and service of this location does not. The other whataburger on the other side of garland scored a 100. This one barely its mark at 91 and was almost classified as a B rated inspected restaurant. Crazy to think from a whataburger, this location just doesn’t care.

I cannot believe how incompetent this location is. I’ve never in my life experienced such an unprofessional, unorganized Whataburger in my life. The fact that we’ve ran into multiple issues with this location is absurd. Clearly VIRGINIA TREVINO the store manager does not know how to manage or run a store of this capacity and provide etiquette service. I placed an order for breakfast online before 11am and of course when we arrive at 10:59 they wait to come on the microphone until 11am (to no surprise since they have terrible service) and once we let them know we’re there for a breakfast order, they refused to serve it to us because it was already 11, even though the order was placed before 11am…. Just to top it off, they refused to give us a refund for the order. Not only is the service horrible from the moment you get there, just pray they don’t make you wait 20-30 min or mess up your order. I will be calling corporate every single day until my refund is processed and there is some sort of liability that will be taken with this incompetent location.

We love whataburger, but they have raised their prices, and the food is less and service is terrible.
Fountain drinks are often without enough syrup (watery) and fries cold.
Added: Just a warning always count back your change. I always do but I was shocked when I went to pay my credit card was in my purse and I only had my wallet. I paid with a $100. And my order was $18.75 but I only got $30 back. When I told the girl she didn't give me the correct change she told me it was all she had. I asked for the manager. The next time that happened she gave me back $39 too much. Who hires these kids?

Ordered online for pickup in store. Placed the order at around 4:50 PM for pickup between 6:25 and 6:30. Had my daughter swing by to pick it up on her way home at 6'30. It wasn't ready when she got there at 6:35, she texted me again at 6:47 saying it still wasn't ready, and she finally left the location with the food, that was supposed to be ready between 6:25 and 6:30, at 6:56. Not sure what the point is in setting a specific time for food to be ready when they don't care to make sure your order is ready when they say it is. This happens 100% of the time, finally decided to say something about it.
