This is my go-to location and the night crew is always on their A game! Last night I encountered a very unpleasant customer who was behind me in the drive thru and because I was taking too long to pay and had to make a change on my order he began honking screaming racial slurs at me, saying he was going to beat me up. The gentleman at the window(Eddie) asked him to come inside for his order at first, since he was being impatient. Once he heard the guy yelling at me, he stepped outside to tell him to leave me alone. I appreciate your bravery and kindness more than you will ever know Eddie. Thank you for providing a safe environment for your frequent customers. I definitely encourage an applause and compensation for this wonderful young man. May God bless you in abundant ways.

It took this location 20 minutes to cook 2 egg and cheese biscuits. Watched 4 cars get burgers before I received my order. If you're able, bypass this location. 20 mins for 2 breakfast biscuits is ridiculous. Definitely should have been warned

Came to pick up my order on the curbside pickup area , waited almost thirty minutes for just two orders , had to go inside bc it was taking so long . The workers obviously didn't know what they were doing , when I kept telling them I came to pick my order , they looked at me crazy . Like deer in the headlights . Lost as hell . I understand if it was a huge order like for a family of five , but over 30 min for just two orders ...

This Whataburger location was really good years ago,but now its a hit and miss,you will never know whats coming, cold food,hard bread,wrong order or nothing will be right with your order and most of the problems come from the night crew,they literally does not care about the quality of the food..
