The bottom of our drinks had this black stuff in it, food was not fresh they served us half our order then told us it would be 7 more min for the rest waiting 15-20min longer, so half of the food was cold, we had to remind the person who was serving our food that we also ordered fritters we also ordered stuffed peppers and extra bread. We will not be returning they are not sanitary at all.

I bought chicken 1/5/2025. The chicken was HORRIBLE! It made my kids and I sick. I'm not sure if they are using old grease or if they're frying old chicken. Needless to say, I'm done with their service FOREVER!! Please don't eat here. Please don't feed your kids this chicken!!

Owned by an Indian now, stands around and watches his workers work while he sips his tea. No rolls included with the chicken, I drive all the way from the park cities to this location, because it was one of my favorite spots to buy chicken. DON’T BUY YOUR CHICKEN HERE. I recommend the city inspect this location immediately.

I'm pretty disappointed with this place....we ordered chicken on Christmas Eve.. received confirmation of the order never received a cancelation. My husband went to pick up and the employee would not open window..my husband pointed at the food that was bagged on the counter and said I'm here to pick up my order through the windows the employee told that's not yours you will get a reimbursement ...we understood ok Christmas Eve our fault...still never received order cancelation checked my bank the transaction that was pending has been charged and no reimbursement...I have called the number on Google it's a non working #...I have the owners number and left message but IF I do not receive a call back or reimbursement I will post his cell number here...so be careful when you order from here.

Ordered gizzards at an exceptionally high price of $10 per 6. Only to get hair wrapped around one of the gizzards. This place is also very filthy and poorly maintained. I should have known better.

Come on.... it's Williams Chicken in my old neighborhood. I like the brown gravy they have.
This restaurant always seems to mess up orders, have attitudes and are worse than every other location in Dallas.
On 11/14 I made an order for a 3 peice combo with ONLY legs. They completely ignored every request I had and catch attitudes when you explain what was wrong.
They proceeded to give me thighs and also they do not give you the correct cup size. They are using small non branded cups and saving all of the intended use company cups.
They are saving money and budgeting at the customers expense. Please fix the issues listed at this location.

They charge extra for sides! You can ONLY get fries, mashed potatoes, or coleslaw with ANY MEAL YOU PURCHASE! ANY OTHER SIDE OUTSIDE THOSE IS AN EXTRA charge! There is a language barrier the workers can barely understand English which made communication difficult

I paid $15 plus dollars for 6 pieces of liver, fries and a drink, well I was truly disappointed when I bit into a piece of liver and it had a bitter medicine like taste, spit it out into a napkin, needless to say 3 more pieces has the same taste, so just threw it away. This was an expensive lesson I won't be a customer and will not recommend it. If you eat here take your chances.

The chicken was not cooked in the bread had mold on it and it was so nasty I pray nobody get sick over this food this was so wrong how they served this chicken everybody start checking ur food

I don’t personally write reviews unless is THAT bad but here i am…. We waited .. what felt like 20 mins or more . and on tops of that didn’t close the lids well or secure it right cause as soon as we. got home, we noticed everything spilled all together… NEVER again
