Wings are really good. Bar is nice option too. They staff there is really nice and talked to you. I also couldn't help but notice how clean it was, from restrooms to the front of house everything was really clean. Super happy I found this place and for sure will be backPRO TIP- try the home style wings. They are basically just fried chicken wings. I enjoyed them!

Decided to try a new place and so glad we chose Wing City! The wings are crispy and the fries are perfect! We had the teriyaki, hot, spicy thai and lemon pepper. It was all so delicious!! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Great wings and a great price! The wings are huge! We tried the spicy Thai, teriyaki, hot, and their new Cajun-style omg we loved them all! Perfectly fried and with just the right amount of spice. Definitely going back. Pretty much sold on this place.

All I can say is to make sure you have time or have something else to occupy you time if you are your having the order delivered.Again with the a la carte shit...don't get me wrong I'm all for supporting small business, but don't try to make your mortgage off my order.Overall the food is amazing just make sure to look to your receipt to make sure you get what you ordered

I wanted to try this place but the reviews of the customer service when the owner isn't there in the evenings is a BIG deterrent!!!!!! Not sure if the owner is aware but there is a Facebook group called "Garland Foodies" & although most rave about the food, the customer service is making folks not even want to find out about the food. Especially when employees have tried to fight customers over issues like setting expectations for an order. Customers don't really control that, at all. This, to me, is disgusting & will eventually get worse if not handled. It's possible the owner knows & doesn't care but either way, it should be addressed. My friend went in last night & almost had to fight an employee for just asking about his order. He was given a timeframe of 15-20 minutes for completion of his order & when he asked about it (50 minutes later) he was advised "You can either wait or I will give you a refund, your choice." Sounds like a place you want to spend it our money at ? Yeah, didn't think so.

Usually a huge fan of Wing City, my family orders from here almost weekly, but I just had an experience that was so horrible that if they don't make it right, we will never order from here again. We ordered the wing party pack, with cajun, lemon pepper, and fire. We added 10 more wings and another order of fries. Literally the only thing that they got right on the entire order was was the fire wings. I cannot even begin to describe how little effort they put into it but I will do my best to try. To start off, I grabbed a Cajun wing. It was only seasoned on one side. On the other side it looks like a bare piece of fried chicken. I go to dip the my wing into the ranch, only to find out they gave us blue cheese instead of ranch, even though we ordered ranch. I thought that might have been a mistake so I checked the rest of the Cajun wings and sure enough all of them are unseasoned on the bottom. Not to mention one of the "wings they've thrown in is so tiny and so skinny that it looks like they just fried a chicken bone! It's as if they forgot to put the seasoning on so they just sprinkled it on top inside of the packaging. I grab a lemon pepper wing only to see they did the exact same thing to the lemon pepper wings! All of them are only seasoned on top. Then came the fries. They did the exact same thing to the fries! The only sprinkled a little bit of seasoning on top but the rest of both orders of fries are completely unseasoned. To make matters worse, the fries aren't even cooked all the way through. It's almost as if they took some frozen fries from Walmart, threw them in the microwave and served those soggy undercooked fries to us. What's strange is that there are some fries in the order that are burnt to a crisp. It's as if they took some old fries that had been sitting in the bottom of the frier and threw them in with the soggy undercooked ones. It was so all so bad that we couldn't even finish it.

Ordered over the phone and it was a great customer service experience. The order taker was pleasant and professional. The best part the food is amazing. You can order wings classic and breaded plus flavored. I did the breaded with hot lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan! Super delicious. Also the fries were perfectly seasoned. Also got a cheeseburger and it was hand formed and on par! The pickup process was equally professional and enjoyable.

Very disappointing! The wings are small and the wait time is long. Also, they require you to wear mask, but their employees aren't even wearing it.

This place is horrible! I called for a take out 30 mins before I got here and still took 40 mins to get my food when I got here! I will never eat at this place again! This is the second time this has happened, worst place ever. Don't order from this place!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING FOR S*** YOU DON'T RECEIVE AND LIKE DEALING WITH SEXISTS MANAGERS.We have given this place TWO chances and both times they messed up and/or forgot our orders. When I called to calmly address the issue with the "manager" he called me "baby" and laughed at me and told me to take it up with grub hub. I was offended by his lack of accommodation and sexism, and told him I would be sure to share my experience via Yelp. He told me my poor review wouldn't matter bc they have "4.5 stars on yelp" .... so unprofessional. Then he hung up on me.This place won't survive covid with mistakes and managers like this.
