This is the worse wingstop I have ever frequented. I keep trying and it’s always the same. It seems like they fry the wings and let them sit until someone places an order and then they toss them. The bone in are always hard no matter what flavor you get. I have taken food back twice and received a refund but it’s just this location on buckingham in North Garland . It’s terrible

I had an awesome experience at Wingstop. The wings were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the fries were seasoned to perfection. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. Efrain was incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment we walked in, Efrain made us feel welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. Efrain was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had great recommendations. It's not often you come across such exceptional customer service, and Efrain definitely made our dining experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Order our usual..and was so disappointed. The boneless wings were there little crunchy pieces and they counted it as a boneless wing. You could just pop it in your mouth like a little piece of candy and it was hard. I can't believe they actually served that. I wish I could post the pictures

There is a girl at that Winstop who is rude and serves very, very poorly. To work serving the public you have to be pleasant. She's a girl, dark-skinned, I think she's Mexican, she has something like that under her eyes. She is very very rude and in front of my terrible treatment of an Uber eats delivery man. Apart from the fact that she keeps flirting with another Hay worker.

I ordered the 24 pack and half the wings were un fully cooked and some of them had rest of the feathers in them that’s disgusting and it made me feel gross after I couldn’t finish the rest, plus they were dry and hard to eat.
