I came here the other night, and they were beyond busy to the point where I couldn’t even call the order in because their phone was busy despite them being so busy the two gentlemen, that work at the front counter were so nice and polite. The customer service was wonderful.

I went to pick up my order and they forgot to put my 10 piece in my bag! I got a phone call from Cookie apologizing about the mistake and to return back to get the rest of my order! They remade my whole order fresh and got to keep the original order plus the fresh order , and they threw in a brownie! And they still kept apologizing while I waited!! Thank you to Cookie and the rest of the staff for going beyond to take care of me!!

One of the best 'wing stops'. (No pun intended) always hot and fresh. great flavors, great fries, plenty of drinks. Their pretty fast for cooking wings they have all the services for ex. Delivery, online, ans in store. Always great, but sometimes their phone is off when it's not busy. like today a tuesday night. So I order online and pickup and there's basically no one and the chick is playin on her phone not a big deal it's slow but atleast have the phone on. The front desk is also a little slow to react/check on pickup orders. (she was on her phone)

This is the 2nd time this location has given me terrible food. I tried giving it another chance. The first time, I placed an order and picked it up around 11:30 PM. The wing meat tasted HORRIBLE. Like they had been sitting out for 3 days. This last time, yesterday, I ordered a 6 pc all flats, 5 original hot and 1 plain. I received 5 original hot wings and 5 plain. ALL DRUMS. I don't eat drums but decided to give them a try. Every single one of them were nasty. The meat quality is terrible. Slimy, tough. I had to dig around each wing for good quality chicken. I hardly ate anything. I will not be buying from this location again.
