Every time we order at this location nothing is right we have to come back. It’s always a misunderstanding when we order. Nice people but need more training

I spent 25 dollars on food and got home my wings were not fresh I was disappointed, the wings were so hard they cut the inside of my mouth, it was raining so I did not want to drive back. I eat Wingstop enough to know those wings were not freshly cooked. Shame on you 2 guys

Warning: Wingstop Parmesan garlic is a dry rub, not a sauce. I wouldn’t mind this even if it was different from my expectations, except it was really dry and has like no flavor
The Cajun was good though, I wish I got more of that instead
like 5 people came in after me and all got their food before me
We had order throught the app and ordered 2 combos with parmesan fries, but instead we got really salty fries ,and the wings were not as good aswell they were not appetizing at all.

I order here just about every Sunday morning for my post-run meal. They are always super quick with my order and the food always bangs! The staff also has a great atmosphere every time I go in. All the pros of a Wingstop without any of the usual cons👌🏻

Close to my work place and quality is decent, sometimes the wings are a little small but most of the time it is good size wings!

I’ve been coming to this wing stop for the past 3 years since I moved here in garland I placed my order at 6:35 pm app said it would be ready by 6:53pm I got there and wasn’t ready till 7:35 now I understand it was busy cause I’m a manager my self I understand how the food industry works but I got to say the costumer service is terrible I wasn’t asking for much just for a simple ranch for the inconvenience the manager said he couldn’t do that. As I always say the customer comes first I’ve given my customers in store credit to a free drink or dipping sauce on the house for the inconvenience all I have to say. Wing stop you guys need to hire managers with better customer service that’s how you lose customers.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Wingstop, thanks to Raymond! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He greeted me with a smile, took the time to answer my questions about the menu, and made great recommendations based on what I was craving.
Raymond's customer service was top-notch — you could tell he cared about getting everything right. My order was accurate, hot, and fresh, and it came out exactly as he promised. He even checked in to make sure everything was to my liking, which made the whole experience feel personal and appreciated.

3/5 times i order, theres either smth missing or just completely wrong. no refund, i order thru delivery, & to fix it or even recieve credit they MAKE you come get it. whats the point of listing my email if you cant rectify using the tools you have? if i wanted to go to the store, id have just done carryout to begin with.

Asked specifically for my order to be all flats and they literally gave me the opposite of what I ordered.... We had a very long day and to not get what you ordered is just unacceptable. I talked to the manager and she asked that I come back and how do you want ME to come back and fixed the order and that's all you do besides say L give you 3 dollars back because that's what you didn't get.... Customer service is not what it used to be at all. I spent over 50 dollars for and you give me 3 dollars back and want me to come back so you can fix it your mistake....

I went in today for the 20 for $20 wing special. The wings were excellent like always! The one thing I wasn’t crazy about were the French fries however the manager and staff members remade them and they were better crispier. I appreciate their great customer service and their positive attitudes. 🎶
