I am amazed and happy with the food at this wingstop. It is a different experience. The cashiers are very friendly, always smiling and greet with great respect. The cashier, Bethy, treated me very kindly.

Something wrong with telephone. When I call to place order it puts you on hold then disconnect. Tried to tell the people working that phone wasn’t working but they don’t speak English. Such an inconvenience and can’t rectify problem because no one speaks English!!!

MARTHA the manager here is so rude and disrespectful!! After waiting 50min for my food I came home to realize my food was incorrect and was missing items. Martha was apathetic about the situation and said she would not give me a refund, only option was to go back for the missing items. I had them remake my order, because I didn’t want to eat part of my food cold and the other part fresh. Martha said she will only remake the order if I took what she initially gave me back, that was no problem for my but I feel like the least she could’ve done was let me keep it. After I went to pick up my order she kept side eyeing me as I check that it was all correct, I told her I was disappointed in the whole situation and wish she could just apologize for having my order wrong and having me drive back to pick up a order they messed up with. Martha refused to apologize saying I don’t deserve an apology. She also refuse to give me my receipt so I couldn’t complain, but I do have plan to go in tomorrow and talk to a different manager.

Ordered a 40 piece for the cowboys game and arrived home with only 10, refused to give me a refund for the missing 30 or even acknowledge they had made a mistake.
Ordered flats originally was to receive 10 because of previous order; when I arrived home 8 cold wings and an order of cold fries ???????

Drove past 2 Wingstops to come to this location. Seen the great reviews I just had to check them out. Usually the ones by my house are over cooked or very small wings. These here were perfect, cook time was on point got me the atomic and the mango habanero with my fries well done! Definitely worth the extra drive, my wife and I really enjoyed them. Place was very clean not to packed so that was a huge plus! Will be back soon!!

I absolutely love this place. The wings are probably the best in Dallas. Don't get me started with the staff they are the reason I come to this wingstop all the time. They welcome me all the time I come in. The one cook Rosario is an expert at her job. She's the reason the wings are so good she makes them just perfect. The one tall cashier who's always there is another reason I come here. He is always in such a great mood. They play such good music and atmosphere is just awesome. Overall best wingstop ever. Keep it up guys.

If i could give them zero stars i would. The guy couldn’t hear what i was telling him because he was singing while taking my order, so unprofessional. My wings were the wrong flavor as well (probably because he was singing and not caring).
