The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

If I could give this specific restaurant 0 stars, I would. Terrible, terrible service—they have workers literally hanging up and being extremely rude. I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app, and it never got delivered. I called, and the girl picked up and placed me on hold for 10 minutes. After I tell her the issue I was having with my delivery order, she then tells me I had to contact DoorDash since the order was being delivered through DoorDash, and then she hangs up on me. I contacted DoorDash and explained the issue, so they called the restaurant, and the same girl answered and hung up on the DoorDash live agent after he told her he was DoorDash customer service. It’s so disappointing and pathetic ; I'm definitely not ordering from this location ever again.

I just want to give some MAJOR propers to the crew last night December 17th 2025! Last night, we ordered Game time flavor bundle at literally the last minute (maybe 1hr before closing) Unexpectedly, the food was done WAY earlier than expected which initially made us very nervous I’m not gonna lie. Lol
But when the food arrived we were pleasantly surprised!! The food was hot and fresh. Everything was well prepared, well seasoned and packaged with care.
I only gave a 3 for atmosphere because I wasn’t actually there but TOP TIER EXPERIENCE guys!!!

I placed an uber order of 3 combos and the restaurant only sent one bag out instead of both! So i called and was placed on hold for 20 min then i called back again and i heard them pick up the phone them hang up on me, so lastly i called a third time and they answer and they said my bad come pick it up. So i did i sent my brother and they made him wait approximately 30-40 minute for it (shouldnt it have been made already) then after that i told him just to leave because it was already late ! I tried calling back so i could get a refund and they never responded or hung up on me! Mind you i spent a good amount of money for this to happen. I never got a reponse so i never received my money back, i was also not able to go myself as i do have a newborn and it was too hold for her to be outside. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

I gotta say, for being the first they are truly the golden standard. The food was cooked to perfection, the service from the cashier with purple hair was amazing and she really helped nailed down my order. The atmosphere was amazing and you could truly tell that these people take pride in the fact that they are working at the first wingstop.

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

they close at 1 yet they stop taking calls a whole hour early , came in 12:26 empty they have 1 order on the screen , had called since 12 and no one answered called again while at parking lot and saw the girl named Anayely at register looking at phone and leaving it on hold yet she was just on her phone

Ordered food for delivery, arrived missing two orders of fries from the 3 combos we ordered, and missing a sweet tea. Tried calling the store, pressed 0 to ask a question and the call disconnects automatically, called back pressed 1, and then sat on hold for 11 minutes without ever talking to someone. Hung up, threw the entire meal away out of frustration. Won’t order again.
