Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

I witnessed The Hispanic manager female physically abuse and hit a black man that was a customer with signs and cup sleeves and when she didn’t like that he was correct about his order being incorrect

This is the second time in a row items have been missing from our order. I spoke with a lady who said she was the manager and she told me it was her job to make sure all orders are correct, so she didn’t understand how the order could be wrong. I asked her to deliver the fries and she said it wasn’t worth the cost to her to deliver the fries. She seemed like she couldn’t care less about the problem and refunded the fries. The refund wasn’t the point, it was that you all got the order wrong and didn’t care about making it right.

First street location was packed in the evening. Took too long. I saw 4 employees on their phones while on the clock. 1 took a selfie & 1 took a private call on her cell. Really? My wings were overcooked. To crispy & they forgot my carrots, napkins, & ranch.

we were told they were to backed up to take any more orders. How do you tell a customer who has come in to eat where only 3 tables had patrons and you tell a paying customer they can't order food!!!!

Waited 35min for a 6pc meal. Staff standing around doing doing. Super dirty. Black stuff came out of the soda machine. The wings were overcooked and the "seasoned" fries were lightly salted. NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES. I seen cooks handle their phones and then go back to handling food without washing hands. Super gross. No management. Dont come here.

Extremely slow staff.
Ordered online. Website said 8-13 Minutes. I arrive 15 minutes later. Told I'll need to wait another 10 minutes. Ended up waiting an extra 15+ minutes, more than 20 minutes past their order timeline.

Food was decent, but not worth the extra wait. Would not have ordered if I'd known of how slow this store is.
