This was our first visit to TLC Vegan, and definitely not our last! Food was great, as well as their homemade lemonades and drinks. Food was delicious - we had nachos, brussel sprouts, the chicken-fried steak, General Tso's Chicken (in the form of oyster mushrooms), and mac-n-cheese with Cauliflower. To end it all, 3 desserts ranging in various cakes...nothing was left to throw away! All good, and loved the vibe. I must if you're in for treating yourself on something vegan!

I've been to this restaurant 4 times and the quality, food presentation, taste and service are consistently excellent! Very grateful to have vegan options beyond burgers and fries. Cheers to the Chef for bringing upscale vegan to the metroplex!

We very much enjoyed the 'Thyme to Wine' dinner evening. Scrumptious food, artistically laid out. One of us had the wine sampler and the other the beer flight. I love TLC's soups, salads and desserts.

I got the pig-less pepperoni pizza. You can taste the herbs in the sauce. Very tasty. I will be back!

Two words to describe this place: Simply Amazing! The service...the food...the vibes - everything was spot on. I enjoyed my lasagna and strawberry basil lemonade. Though I want to try more items on the menu, I will be returning for this Lasagna! The Butter Cream cake was the perfect way to end this whole experience! Thank you TLC Cafe!

Took my family of 5 to dinner and the food was amazing as usual. Even the kids enjoyed every last bit of their dinner. We can't say enough how awesome the service is. Everyone is very attentive but not intrusive. The desserts are so incredibly good! We are a family of vegan's but I feel that even non-vegans would enjoy everything on the menu. Great job to Chef Troy and his team!!!

We used to go to the Dallas restaurant V Eats, and once we picked up from the kitchen space in Richardson. His complex, layered flavors made from local ingredients are always so impressive. The service used to be slower at V Eats, but the TLC staff is super efficient. Our only complaint is that we miss the cinnamon ice cream from the V Eats vegan Thanksgiving, the perfect pairing to pecan and sweet potato pies.

Food was amazing, service was great, first time we had done something like this, it was a lot of fun? The biggest negativity was, we showed up on time, and very hungry, but had to wait in a cramped area area for around 30 mins past our reservation time. So by the time we got our first item we were feeling a little frustrated. But the great service and even better food made it more than worth it. Over all it was a great experience and we look forward to doing it again?

The general tso oyster plate was made Perfectly. We went at first opening time. And we both felt that meal was a 10/10. I felt like that plate was made with love & it touched my soul. Imagine meeting the person of your dreams YEP that's what that meal felt like

The cafe is very nice. Great decor, very welcoming. We had to wait an hour to get our food. We got biscuits to hold us and they were the most delicious light biscuits with their homemade marmalade. My sis didn't care for the waffle and oyster mushrooms. Unfortunately the mushrooms were over cooked and slightly burnt as were mine with the grits. I didn't let it ruin my experience. Our waitress was super friendly and they gave us chocolate cake due to the wait. I will be back for the biscuits and cake ? and will try another dish.

We had an awesome, flavorful brunch with phenomenal service! This was our second visit to TLC and first for the brunch menu. I forget our servers name, maybe Leah? Short dark hair, glasses, cis female. The service was quite lovely. I must say on both our visits it was there, minimal, not obtrusive, which could be easy to do in such a small space but both servers we've had managed it well. The music could've been a tad lower, but maybe it's just the acoustics, don't want to sound like a total “old person” lol. It will be nice to see more variety in the brunch menu as it evolves. Please do not take either of these last 2 comments as negative criticism, only observations. Neither of which will keep us from going back. Quite the opposite. TLC is a beautiful space, with well executed cuisine, even non vegans thoroughly enjoy, and impeccable service. A must go for those who have not. Bravo!
