Great food for an amazing price with Shiner beer on tap. We were just looking for a quick BBQ date while in Gatesville and came across this gem! The service was wonderful and we look forward to coming back for the live music too!
Wow what a fantastic place to have lunch and dinner. I had never been before but we recently too back roads to Austin and they set aside some tables for us and wow the food is amazing! Clearly people that love food and love to share it! Will definitely be back!
As part of a road rally, the group stopped at Bare Bones BBQ. We out question the food was the absolute best tasting BBQ, I have every tasted (I almost didn't eat dinner). They can compete with anything in Dallas. If ever in the area again, it will be a must stop.
