“Stopped at a roadside taco stand and it was honestly so good.
Got the quesabirria and it was amazing. Crispy, cheesy, full of flavor. Definitely one of the best I’ve had.
Setup is simple. Metal folding chairs, plastic tables, nothing fancy. They also had a few really friendly cats walking around that let us pet them, which was a nice bonus.
Service was super friendly and welcoming. Just good people and really good food.
Definitely worth stopping if you see it.”

“I recommend them when the owner is there. He cares about his business and his customers. When he’s not there, you might get lukewarm food like we were served today. The waitress disappeared for most of the time we were there, so we ate what we could, paid for it and left no tip. We tip really good when the service is good, too.”

“We were in Gatesville for a wedding and found The Green Rooster on Google for a place to get coffee and hang out. I have to say it was one of the best coffee establishments I have been to; from the atmosphere to the coffee and tea to the decor to the service it was just simply the best. Businesses like this are hard to come by but this one does all the right things. I would say and eat and drink there any day of the week and so should you!”

“I only get Starbucks occasionally but I had a pleasant experience at this location. It is modern and very clean. The signage was easy to read and order from. The employees seemed professional and no weird attitudes. I recommend checking out this location. The parking lot is easy to navigate with plenty of parking.”

The cashier I had who took my order and checked me out was so kind and patient with me when I had to make a call to my husband to confirm what we wanted to get.
