The food was definitely a 10 out of 10!
Oh my God the ribs fell off the bone, the brisket was just as delicious! But the service my God....
Chesney was an absolutely outstanding server! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. She knew the menu inside and out and gave excellent recommendations that truly elevated our meal. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and exceptional service made our experience unforgettable. Chesney went above and beyond in every way, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for her!

The food was delicious. Ribs were juicy and tender. Brisket was just as tender. The staff was so attentive. The desserts are to die for. Tried the chocolate meringue, lemon meringue pies, pineapple paradise cake, and the pecan pie. YUM!

Really cute restaurant and clean. Food was ok. Brisket had a good crust just not a lot of flavor. Chicken fried steak was not that great. Service was good. Desserts were pretty good. Definitely kinda pricey

Called in an order for delivery and the order was totally wrong paid $42 and call back and whom ever answered said and how so did I get order very rude talked the owner and rude as well.. Never go back there again!!!!

Chicken fried steak was great, sampled the brisket and OMG it was amazing!! Love the atmosphere of this place! Tried the ribs last time I was in town and WOW they were delicious. Service was very friendly and pretty quick.

I was told my order would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. It took an hour.
I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was going to make me 30 minutes late to where I was going.
I expected 20-30 minutes.

Was down in Gatesville visiting family. Had read many reviews online that were good and bad. I’ll tell you don’t listen to the bad ones and just give this a try for yourself. Food and service were on point. The reviews do not do this place justice in any way!

Love there cat fish and shrimp plate, the burgers are good as well let’s not forget to mention that they have lots of different desserts that are pretty good and tasty,🤤 the people there are very nice and helpful, always have a smile. One of the negatives is that they have a bit of dusty animal heads hanging on the walls, so maybe a bit of spring cleaning would help 🙃overall I do enjoy going to this restaurant now and then.

This was my 1st time trying the food & It over met my expectations. The ribs are amazing, they have just the right amount of seasonings and so tender as well as the brisket!! The tater salad is a bit too pickly for my taste but it was still good!! I had it delivered to me & the daughter was so nice! I will be eating here more often!
