this is by far the worst McDonald's ever. always a wait always mess the order up. always have excuses. from over an hour in drive thru to finding plastic in a mcflurry. I mean for the pay the should be doing a proper job. Just awful
The management at the Gatesville Mcdonald’s are thieves! They care NOT about their customers!! Do a search on social media!! Read the customer’s comments! You won’t find many because the McDonald’s management delete em so others don’t find out about it!
Toni is always so sweet at the morning drive thru. She deserves a raise!

McDonald's in this small city offers pretty good fast food with varying quality. It has long lines during busy hours and the place is really always busy. The location has both good and okay food, service, and wait times. Despite limited parking, the food is recommended, including the best quarter pounder that was hot and fresh. Sometimes, the restaurant gets busy with kids from nearby attractions. The "Artist Box" and spicy chicken sandwich are highlights, with perfectly cooked fries that are awesome with plenty of salt. The service is great and they are very well at doing their jobs keeping everybody satisfied and getting orders out in a timely manner as best as they can.
