Yo, so I was delivering a Uber eats order and I don't think I've been in a pizza hut since I was a kid, I walked in and wow it's the same ambiance as when I was a kid, I got hit right in the nostalgia.
Tonight, I was helped by Kaitlin. Kaitlin has to be one of the sweetest people I’ve met and was so nice and accommodating. Her customer service was 10/10!!! I called in an order and the phone answering company sent my order to Killeen and not Gatesville. Kaitlin apologized on their behalf and made sure we were taken care of!
I have ate here 3 times. The manager seems to just stand around and talk. Not work, not help, not clean. I went today was dinning in no one waited on me. Just all talking. Waited 20 min, left. Don't think will go back. You need a new/better manager. That works.
