I ordered a supersonic burrito to have DD deliver. It didn’t take long for the driver to get the order (she waited for it) and bring it straight to me. However, the food looked and tasted like it was prepared 6 hours earlier. Never again!

I have given up on this sonic location. I stopped eating here a couple months ago because of the terrible food or something missing every single visit. Today I decided to give it a shot after a hiatus. Still disappointed. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with mayo only, no veggies. I didn’t get any bacon on the burger.. I also ordered chili cheese tots, as pictured. There was barely any chili or cheese. The tots tasted old and dry. If they were at least covered in chili and cheese it would have been bearable. I don’t spend money on takeout much. So to be disappointed the few times I decided to treat myself is irritating to say the least.

I asked for a refill after finishing lunch. The manager came out. We do not do refills. But here is a drink on us. I would have paid full price. So sweet! Good people here at Sonic in Gatesville.

Yall need to check either your ice or water. My wife and I had a route 44 Ice water and both had sh!t in the bottom of our glasses. After spending 55$ dollars there you'd think you could get a clean glass of water at least.

Well. Unfortunately the service is consistently slow. I placed an app order for mozzarella sticks, made sure marinara sauce was selected because they do not usually remember to include it. Sure enough, no marinara sauce. I also ordered the pretzel stick via the app—they came out and said they didn’t have any, could not give me a refund but they could give me a corndog instead 👎🏼. The only upside to this Sonic is that they have a shaded playground and shaded tables to sit at.
