Stripes has better food in the hot case. They were out of all drink cups besides large, and they expected you to pay for the large. I said no, so he offered a biscuit or jalapeño in exchange, to which I accepted. He never gave it to me. I asked for ketchup. Out of ketchup. I get home and start eating. The tenders were tough and the breading fell right off. Ok, let me dip it in the white gravy. NOPE. Tasted and smelled like a chemical cleaner. So now I'm eating dry, bare tenders. No sauce, no flavor. The mashed potatoes were good. Thats it. Avoid this establishment at alllll costssss. Wish I could give it zero stars.

We went here yesterday for lunch. The food was not the best. No ice in the beverage machine.The floor was nasty. Food and paper everywhere. Ladies bathroom was out of order. Needless to say we won't be back.

I've been to this location twice now and both times I've been told they are out of just about anything. How do you run out of chicken when you are a restaurant that specializes in chicken? The employees here are rude and definitely aren't too bright. The restaurant it's self was absolutely filthy, tables that hadn't been cleaned in hours and even the trash was so full it was spilling on to the floor. This was my last visit here! Do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant because this one is just a disgrace!

First time I went. No soda. At all. We have tea and bottled water. Okay I’ll have a bottled water. Ohhhh. We don’t have that. Just tea.Didn’t get all dark meat like I ordered and paid for.Okay maybe a bad day. Ima try one more time.Got soda this time. But bad attitude. Still refused to give me dark meat. It’s on the menu. Someone in the drive thru ordered dark meat. Wasn’t a problem for them.Waste of my time and money.Good job at your so difficult job.

Went to the drive thru and first thing the lady tells us is that it would be a "20... no, 30 minute wait" for dark meat. She said they had a few pieces of white meat, some tenders, a little bit of fries... pretty much a lot of what they didn't have, which was just about everything.I ended up ordering a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and an order of 3 honey butter biscuits. Should've known it wouldn't be fresh.I also ordered a strawberry splash drink they had advertised, which was Sprite with strawberry flavoring. Not hard to mess up, right? It had tons of strawberry flavoring and was so sweet that I couldn't drink it (and I like sweet stuff). I tried it twice and again once it watered down with the ice and couldn't drink anymore. Shouldn't have ordered a large.Anyway, bad drink, hard biscuits, dry chicken... what more do I need to say.
