This place has seriously declined over the years. Their kolaches are always old, never fresh and they are more expensive than the other donut palaces around. Never going back.

Amazing place and donuts were awesome! Family owned and so hospitable. Talked with the wife whose uncle owned the place and passed it on to them after him passing away. He chose well and I hope this place continues to flourish and leave memories with the people who stop there. Boomer!!

Early Sunday morning we left Alice, TX to head for home (Austin, TX) and when we were about to pass the Donut Palace, we immediately turned around. We ordered an iced French Vanilla coffee for me; a hot coffee for my husband; a cinnamon twist for me and chocolate donut holes for him; the total was $12 & change. We were super bummed that we couldn't add a tip to the charge however thankfully I had cash and tipped $12 in cash. I sipped on that iced coffee because it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO delicious. I even said out loud that it was better than Starbucks so my husband said YOU BETTER YELP THAT so viola, it's done! Thank you to the young lady that worked on Sunday, Aug 14th; you were the sweetest!

Stopped and grabbed a donut, croissant and coffee. Very quick and convenient since they have a drive-thru. I've never seen a donut place with a drive-thru before so that was nice. Definitely a great stop for a quick pick me up.
Every time I have gotten food from here I have gotten an upset stomach or just felt like it didn't sit right. I understand it a small donut shop but not a big fan.

Nice place! Honestly, my boyfriend and I weren't planning to stop because we had our dogs with us and didn't want to take long, but since the gas station next door was closed and my boyfriend needed to go to the restroom we ended up giving it a try. Customer service and food was good! I gave my dogs some of the donut balls and they loved them lol
