Tried 2 nights in a row (Thursday and Friday) and not open! Suspect they have closed, but nothing confirming on the door.

Absolutely the truest meaning of a hidden GEM ! We are from SA and these is no place that served up an amazing boil like this place . The owners are very friendly and the food is always fresh and made to order . The picture was the aftermath of a 3lb order of Cajun garlic shrimp . You would never expect this exceptional seafood experience in GW .

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on our way through town. The reviews were positive do we decided to give them a try. Bad choice. Husband ordered grilled fish. It was fine. But his tee was sower. However, I ordered the fried oysters with okra. It was all burnt and the oysters were bad. I tried a couple and they tasted weird, so I broke one open and it was a yellowish green on the inside. Disgusting! The waitress was good though she should probably look elsewhere for a job

This is a small, hole-in-the wall eating establishment 5 miles west of IH37 in George West. The catfish and shrimp ($15.99) came in a basket like the plastic ones at Dairy Queen. The shrimp was good as well as the catfish which had a good crunch coating although it was a bit salty. My husband liked the shrimp Poor Boy. I had to ask for a glass with ice for the canned soft drink. Otherwise, the service was nice and kindly. It was a good place off the batén path to stop for lunch while avoiding a pop up rain shower.

People are great but the food isn't ..overcooked chicken wings are basically chicken jerky and the portion sizes for the prices are extremely off...crab cakes tasted old and mushy and weren't even cooked right..the PO boys are on literal hot dog buns with hardly anything on them

We have ordered a little bit of everything from the menu, and it is so good! Our favorites are the egg rolls, shrimp, burgers, general TSO’s chicken, gumbo, fish and the seafood boil. Plus the burgers and sides are great too. Lucky to have a restaurant that serves such delicious food in a small town with limited places to eat. They are consistent and fresh. Can’t wait to try everything else! Thank you for being so good!
